A letter from concentric part 4!

Hey girls thought I'd start a part 4 before part 3 reaches the limit. Anyone having received a letter from concentric or hrmc telling you they have evidence of you living with another adult please join us with your experiences, comments or support.

Chrissy I think they sent out too many letters in to short of time would explain why some people have got letters that are dated a week after they had got them, hope that makes sense, for e.g. I have seen some people who got letter on the 4th but was dated 13th of June

I personally don't have any hope of any of this been sorted none whatsoever I don't think concentrix have a clue what's goin on I dread to see the size of there postal roommust be huge with tthe amount of backlog they have of post.

With these cuts he's planning.

Why send them all out then be surprised that they can't cope!

Cazzy have you spoken to them today, just wondering what you have been told, efergie and myself have been told a couple of days but honestly don't know what to think anymore!

Hi fedup. I'm trying to ring now. ..been engaged for the last ten mins!!! Obviously many pissed off people trying to ring. How on earth is this being allowed to happen! !!??!! I'll keep trying. Daughter needs me to fill in bursary form by Tuesday what do I need to send? ? Yep wage slips and tax credits award. Oh but I haven't got them have I! !! Try and keep your chin up. ...same to everyone on here. I'll keep trying and let you know what I'm told.

Still engaged. Which option are you finding is best to select if I do get through? ?

I have just been selecting option 6, I personally don't think it will make a difference which option you chose now they have hot so many people calling them wanting to know where there stuff is or if cases are closed.

Your was received on the 5th as well wasn't cazzy? I am just feeling very down now, keep crying! I know I am being irrational as everything will be fine once eventually put my documents on they will confirm I work, my earning and my hours it is all this waiting I can't stand!

These are the letters I sent to show how many hours I work one from 2013 that was varying my contract hours to these working hours the other is a letter from 5th of June 2015 to confirm that is how many hours a week I work. As you can see both match so I can't see that there should be a problem. I also sent original contract, p 60, 13 payslips and my renewal form.
However my p 60, contract and the 2015 letter I sent first class normal mail on 5th of June so they should of got on the 6th but I am unable to track it.

Yes the 5th too. Bless ya. I'm more angry then upset. Got so much stuff going on right now and and doesn't help . the bast Ards have all my stuff and are affecting other things like my OU funding my daughters college bursary !! Frustrating that they are still engaged too!!

do you think those letter are ok along with everything else I sent?

It's not on they don't even seem to care that we want our documents backs, I did speak to some one earlier and she seemed a bit more understanding about why I am worried about my documents going missing which was a first all the others have just said you will get them back the day after they are scanned which from others experiences on here we know is not true!

You have sent everything and had no changes you should be ok.

Thanks cazzy I am finding myself paranoid about the letters I gave sent now, will add both are on letter headed paper and signed one by the headteacher and one by the bursar.
It's nice to have other people's opinions on what I have sent.

Mine were scanned on May 5 th I git them back 3 weeks later

Karenfox when I first called them when I got the letter I gave them his address but they couldn't find him at that address. She told me all the documents they need from me bank statements bills etc and she said to send them anything with his address on if I could get it. She didn't say it like I need to send it or they won't believe me just that it would be better.but I thought it was better to so they would have evidence that he lives somewhere else. But I got the impression they could work it out without it.

And bizarrely I called them today at about 3.45 and got straight through didn't have to hold at all.

I'm feeling very stressed right now. I thought I renewed tax credits on the 22nd April and then I received the letter from Concentrix. Well, I finally had the letter from them on the 7th June saying that they were not changing anything. I later phoned HMRC and was told that I may not hear anything about my claim until the 1st July. Well, I phoned up HMRC only to be told that Concetrix still haven't closed their file!!! When I queried this I was given the third degree from them.

Hi all, new on here. Had a letter from Concentrix asking me to send off all my documents etc as they say I am claiming as a single person when I'm not!, well I am single and have been for some years. Sent off all the things they asked for over a month ago. Got the same letter today saying if I don't send what they want by July 9th they will stop my tax credits. I tried phoning, put me on hold for an hour then cut me off!!!, anyone with any suggestions of help on what to do next would be much appreciated as am v worried now x

So worried they will stop my payments, don't know what else to do, only on a small part time wage.

It cost me over 10 pounds on my landline trying to get through to concentrix, and they cut me off after an hour of hanging on!!
