A Manchester Meet up?

Seems there a few Manchester MNers who would like a meet up.

I know the SHineys are having one but feels wrong to gate crash if we haven;t posted!!

Heaton Park was awesome!

We went to see the animals and had a picnic.

We saw a horny alpaca and horny ducks. A child asked their mum what they were doing, and she said "I don't know, I think they're fighting... Oh no, wait, they're having sex."

Glad you liked Heaton Park MrsC. We'd go more often if we were as close as you (mind you it's only half an hour away).

Trying to think of somewhere to go tomorrow.
I'd like to go to Dovestones Reservoir. DP says been there done that, so trying to think of somewhere different. It's a bit late but any suggestions for parks/walks (free or cheap stuff basically) in North/East Manchester greatly appreciated.

If any Manchester area people are interested in another meetup, there is a thread for Chester/Warrington and we will be at the Swan in Winwick (just off junction 9 of M62) this coming Monday at 12:30.

did anyone go to head over heels? I went but i was very sleep deprved so not sure if i missed people i came home and izzy was asleep so i bundled her and me into bed which ended up being a 2 hour nap

Didn't make it as Ds was too poorly.
