A Manchester Meet up?

Seems there a few Manchester MNers who would like a meet up.

I know the SHineys are having one but feels wrong to gate crash if we haven;t posted!!

I am not volunteering to organise one, just starting a thread so other people can

I am far to lazy and likely to change my mind to do that!!

hairymelons · 08/02/2010 14:05

Great. Offer of a lift stands if anyone stuck for transport in N Manc.
Verity, your DD can borrow my DS anytime!

Saucepanman · 08/02/2010 14:06

I will come if I am not puking! (pg) mom I can give you a lift? Will have to be after 11.30 as need to collect dd from nursery, this would wrk for lunch though I think?

hairymelons · 08/02/2010 14:06

a Tuesday ??

are we edging closer to a consensus yet ?

AnyFucker · 08/02/2010 14:22

course ya can, shiney (if your car will make it )

YanknCock · 08/02/2010 14:59

Can I come too?

Mondays are good for me, and Trafford Centre would be good as I'm about 15 minutes away from it. Happy to drive in to city centre though. Would have DS (5 1/2 months) with me. Can give a lift to someone as long as you aren't scared to ride with someone who drove on the other side of the road for half her life

MerlinsBeard · 08/02/2010 15:09

i didn't know there was a bus all the way to T Centre! Last time i went on public transport it was bus to S'port, train to Manch (could have stayed on bus for another 45 mins) then metro to STretford and then bus from there ....MARE!!

Let me give a shout out for some more MNers who live locally.

anything on a Mon/Tues or at a push a Weds afternoon is OK by me

of course, I will have to juggle my bulging social diary, but I can make an exception for MN'ers..

I, sadly, am not housewife but will either have "urgent meeting" or will take time off. Any day is fine. I bet I'm the most excited by this, btw. New people to meet.
