Would anyone be up for it?

Could it be arranged somewhere in the middle of the country?

And would Carrie and Justine be interested?

mummytosteven · 07/04/2005 17:03

it'll take time to build up momentum

tigermoth · 07/04/2005 17:15

I'll watch how this develops with interest - depending on when, I'd be up for it.

Gizmo · 07/04/2005 17:16

Oooh yes - I'm consumed with curiosity. What's the middle of the country then: somewhere around Birmingham?

honeypot01 · 07/04/2005 17:21

wheres middle of the country?? im in north london

mummytosteven · 07/04/2005 17:21

i'ld assume brum as middle of the country?

Tortington · 07/04/2005 18:22

i may be persuaded depending on where. it may be a good idea if the organiser (newbarnsleygirl t'was your idea ;) ) were to enquire about group booking at a local hotel or travel lodge to get a cheaper deal - maybe somewhere we could have a meal and get an even greater reduced price?

Ronniebaby · 07/04/2005 20:19

The Midlands is the middle, maybe if someone has a v large garden or land, we could camp out for a night, with kids then too, just a suggestion

nutcracker · 07/04/2005 20:22

I'd be interested too.
Depending on where.

wobblyknicks · 07/04/2005 20:42

lavenderrr · 07/04/2005 20:49

thedogmother · 07/04/2005 20:52

Ronniebaby · 07/04/2005 20:53

I am interested in this meet up, depending on when it is of course, any dates in mind.

wobblyknicks · 07/04/2005 20:53

dogmother - lots of MN'ers couldn't make it if it was kid-free.

nutcracker · 07/04/2005 20:57

You might be right about that Ronnie

jampots · 07/04/2005 20:59

would be interested but obviously depending on dates

JoolsToo · 07/04/2005 21:01

should be interesting! trying to guess who's who!

JoolsToo · 07/04/2005 21:02

come to think of it - bearing in mind my great age - I'd be an easy guess!

Newbarnsleygirl · 07/04/2005 21:15

0oohh lots of replies!

I'm not entirley sure where the middle of the country is. It will be fair though if we did that way don't you think, since we have mnetters in every corner of the country.

I thought picking a date later on this summer and giving plenty notice and time to organise.

I was also thinking it could be a mums only affair but where and what I'm not sure and I thought it would be nice for the mumsnet founders to make an appearance

Any suggestions?
