Sorry, 2cute. We can't make it now. We have to go down to Guildford to see the ILs.

It's a real shame because I'm sure dd would prefer to come to yours.

Steppie have replied (as helpfully as possible!)

Kewcumber · 28/06/2007 20:11

sfx lovely bike but the price - I got up to £2,000 before I decided it wasnt really a goer!

ComeOVeneer · 28/06/2007 20:15

HI all. HAd a bad evening so far and am ashamed to say I hit ds on the hand . The children were downstairs watching a bit of tv whilst having a glass of milk before bedtime. I was tidying up the bathroom and putting away laundry. I come downstairs to find ds has ripped of 3/4 of the keys of the laptop (it was off and closed on the dinning table). I don't know who was more shocked , him or me. I just can't get him to understand he can't just go around destroying everything. Now have a headache and feel very stressed.

Kewcumber · 28/06/2007 20:18

have a glass of wine Cov - its not the end of the world. I had a bad week with Ds last week as he has entered the realm of defiant teenager about 12 yrs early. Slap on the hand, I came close to completely freaking a few times. Very ashamed of myself, but am much more together this week and it all a bit of a storm in a teacup now. It will all be forgotten in a few hours, is not like you make it a regular occurance.

ComeOVeneer · 28/06/2007 20:24

No wine in the house. I am on a serious diet to ditch at least a stone by my hols. I know it isn't the end of the world, but I vowed I would never hit my children.

Kewcumber · 28/06/2007 20:46

lord I have a list of things I vowed never to do. Not much left on it.

I'm being frivolous but I do understand - have done it myself and was mightily ashamed but in truth there was no harm done.
