Watford daytime meetup with kids (July)

Hi girls, ok, so I couldn't wait for someone else to start the thread so here it is!

Daytime meetup with kids -

Plan A (sunny) - The Mill, Smug Oak Lane, Bricketwood (as per old thread)
Plan B (raining) - lunch in Watford?

Suggested dates:
Fri Jul 9th
Mon Jul 12th
Fri Jul 23rd

I seem to remember Friday being the best day for people, but feel free to suggest another date if I've got that wrong!

Janstar I really can't do 9th as off on a jolly for 2 days to Amsterdam with work. 4 star hotel, a night in a hotel room with no kids, etc etc. No way am I turning that down even for you love

Are you sure you'll be packing that far ahead. We aren't going to Beetys field till August ?????!!!!

Oh!! Still got the original dates in my diary. I am glad you pointed that out I just told my cousin I can't go to 70s and 80s night with her that night. Now I can go

Also school breaks up for ds1 on 22nd so if we do 23rd I'll have both boys which would be nice. But will definitely need somewhere with play area then as ds1 has oodles of energy !

Moor Mill has quite a good play area.

My kids break up a whole week earlier than yours - shock, horror but that does mean I can probably bring DD2 with me to meet you all. As for DD1, I never know if she will come out with me or not. All depends on mood.

What a dodo! Just realised I can't do the 9th as I'm away on holiday! which means I probably wouldn't be able to make the 12th as I'll be catching up on washing etc. So that leaves the 23rd..which is good as it seems to suit most of you!

Mudda,Melsy, are you able to come?
