Hi girls, ok, so I couldn't wait for someone else to start the thread so here it is!

Daytime meetup with kids -

Plan A (sunny) - The Mill, Smug Oak Lane, Bricketwood (as per old thread)
Plan B (raining) - lunch in Watford?

Suggested dates:
Fri Jul 9th
Mon Jul 12th
Fri Jul 23rd

I seem to remember Friday being the best day for people, but feel free to suggest another date if I've got that wrong!

tammybear · 21/06/2004 16:06

you can get a train from luton to st albans then to watford junction. takes roughly an hour though. its at 10:05 and you arrive 11:08. i could always meet you at the station and we could go together or something.

Janstar · 21/06/2004 16:12

nikcola, get the Thameslink from Luton to Radlett. Moor Mill is two miles from Radlett Station and a cab will cost about £4

Kayleigh · 21/06/2004 16:56

nikola. I'll pick you up from Radlett station.
contact me via the contact thingy and we'll arrange.

nikcola · 21/06/2004 20:39

Thomcat · 21/06/2004 20:52

If you ever meet somewhere I'm not scared of driving to (pathetic rubbish bird that I am), and it's a Friday I'll come and meet up with you all.

nikcola · 21/06/2004 20:53

where would u want to meet thomcat

Thomcat · 21/06/2004 20:59

Pinner!!!!!!!!!

Only joking!

I don't know to be honest babe, I don't really drive anywhere other than very local, Pinner, Harrow etc so get terrified at driving places I've not been before and have a panic attack at the mere thought of it.

I'm on the met line so could get to somewhere by tube.

I know how to drive to the Baptist church in watford as I had my active bith classes in there but couldn't get anywhere else I don't think!

nikcola · 21/06/2004 21:07

nikcola, you don't need to book and you don't need to change trains. Just make sure you get the Thameslink South bound train and make sure it stops at all the stations. The fast trains don't stop at Radlett. It's a 17 minute journey only.

nikcola · 22/06/2004 13:52

ok thank u xxx

Janstar · 22/06/2004 13:57

By the way the Thameslink serves both Luton and Luton Airport Parkway stations.

nikcola · 22/06/2004 13:59

ok ill get it from luton nit luton airport otherwise i really will get lost,
ok another dumb question how will i no when i have arrived at radlett station???

Thomcat · 22/06/2004 14:02

Thanks Tammybear, that's really nice of you.
Good luck with the test and I may well take you up on that offer after the 5th
