Sorry if you're chomping at the bit to announce your loss this morning!

Some great losses already posted, so well done.

But don't despair if you haven't lost as much as others. Remember, this isn't a competition. We're all here with different startpoints, and everyone loses at a different rate anyway.

I'm down 1 lb this week. That's fine by me 😁 That makes 6lbs in 2 weeks. I suspect I'll stay the same for a couple of weeks now, which is also going to be fine.

Dh has done a lot of roasted veg with chicken/halloumi in the past week. This week it's my turn to cook as I'm off work for half term, so I might branch out a bit and try something different.

Has anyone got any more good recipes for batch cooking and freezing? I'll be making the cheeseburger pie one day, and freezing half if we like it.

Good week all told for me. I'm consistently under 140 now, which is where I want to remain. Posting to give a big thanks to the person who recommended that 'Zero' intermittent fasting app- it's been really helpful in keeping me off the evening cheese.

Started at 180, gained 2lb, at 175 this week so 5lbs, proving fluctuations happen and even though drive us nuts, stick with and drops happen.

3lbs to go until I'm in no longer overweight by BMI data. Hope you all have a great week.

I've been absent struggling with mh stuff, but I've kept on track with eating and water, so I'm ok with my 3lbs off.
