Sorry, I meant when I was on my own. It felt as if everyone else was in happy families, which of course they aren't. Anything I can do, let me know.

ah is what is happening to you; you start to get things into shape, then he throws you into a state of fear again, which sends you over the top.

MTS · 26/09/2004 19:42

Im sorry youve had a black day essbee, Im around 2moz morning to chat. Loving thoughts your way xxxx

MTS · 26/09/2004 19:47

toast and bananas a little meagre to say the least. you have been this low before recently and come up again - again that followed just after AH was messing you around with work an e-mails. it's a scary place to be in, but you can and will climb out again; it's a case of holding on and letting us try and help and distract/cajole/entertain you till you come back up again.

course you are sick of it love - its a crappy place to be. just try and do whatever it takes to get through each day or chunk of a day - to make the time pass until you feel better. you will feel better. its just bloody hard holding on until you do feel better. you are such a fab person and friend - but you probably won't believe it who has just had some horrendous luck and lived among people who wouldn't/couldn't appreciate you

i'll e-mail my phone number to your on your MSN addy. sorry i can't think of anything more that would help
