For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

the jury are still out as to exactly how many portions an innocent smoothie contains and i think the general consensus was that humzingers don't count but otherwise...come one come all!!!

portions of fv = about 7 or 8
exercise = much walking. I ought to carry dd2 in her sling for a bit of weight bearing but she is humungernormous now

I hate doing presentations, I have a two hour training session that I have to host every now and again at work. My computer never bloody works properly either. Doesn't help that the subject matter is dryer than a dried out dry thing. My presentation for my degree was awful . Well done for getting through it.

Is Lemur about? I have just started reading the MN book on babies and she's right at the beginning waxing lyrical about how to spoil yourself pre-birth I spied a FullMoonFiend too. I will report back with more vegger contributions as I find them.

LR, you can't not go for a job which you can do, people want you to do and totally makes sense because some people might get sniffy. That's just silly!

I hate presentations too. Glad it went ok OsBa. Training isn't so bad but presentations for the sake of it always sounds a bit fake and forced, I feel.

I have the application form for the job I was interested in but it has to be handwritten and is based somewhere different to the place they advertised. And it is a temporary contract for a year but the advert said Permanent. So, I cannot really be arsed to apply now.

Arthritis stuff - don't get too cold.
That's all I know.
I worked for a lady who had it really bad andf she was only our age. Hers was worst when cold/wet/damp. So most of thh.onb the beach as it was damned cold but looking at the beacot e winter and spring.

We have been to Swanage and had chips, not on the beach as it was damned cold but looking at the beach.
And then we alked but there were dogs everywhere and I spent much of it trying to stop dds screaming and running away from dogs whilst enthusiastically patting said (wet) dogs.

Wheat has started to make me seriously bloaty and sleepy. Weird.it was v noticeable after a week without.

A sea cake is a sort of burger made with slightly smoked tofu and seaweed.

Dd2 wants me to do a face
