Go(ji) Berry Go(ji) Berry Go, Don't Upset The Raisins - 10/10 Club - Show Me Show Me Your Fruity Moves!!!!

For anyone who wants a boost to their general health. The suggested goals are:

EAT 10 PORTIONS OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLES EVERY DAY - if you don't usually eat much fruit and veg I would build up gradually or you could upset your digestion.

DO (AT LEAST) 10 MINUTES OF EXERCISE EVERY DAY - can be yoga, stretching or something more energetic. The plan is that the idea of doing 10 minutes is not too daunting, and having started you may well find you want to do more.

There are no restrictions on what you eat so long as you get your 10 fruit and veg as well. The focus is not on weight loss but on improving our energy levels and hopefully our general mood and well-being. Sign up below and post here to tell us how you're getting on and how you are feeling.

Basic guidance on what constitutes a portion of fruit and veg
here and you can download more detailed information by following the link at the very bottom of the page.

the jury are still out as to exactly how many portions an innocent smoothie contains and i think the general consensus was that humzingers don't count but otherwise...come one come all!!!

Don't upset the rythm. Or however you spell it.

I got it straight away m'dear.

I'm back and I'm bigger than the big bang baby.

No, not really. Been hectic hectic hectic with uni, renovating house, going to Bali for 3 weeks (ahem) and stuff.

Howev's

I'm on it, like a plate tectonic I am.

Today..........

Not much goodness on the food front but I RAN FOR 4.3 MILES ON THE TREADMILL.

I am in training for the Bristol 10k beginning of May and the Plymouth half marathon end of May.

Enough about me and my shizzle, how is everyone?? You seem vastly reduced..... Wha' gwan? as we say round these parts if the BBC would have you believe. Where is TooT, FMV, Fran, Stuffit, MitsW, Pointy and others eh? Good to see MN, TF and PSW flying the ol vegger flag.

Comments on a postcard.....

TF - shocker against S Africa yes no? Still, could be worse.

.

OsmosisBanana · 05/02/2010 22:31

Arse, just re-read and half of what is on here wasn't on my screen. Sorry for sounding like an oblivious uh twunt

OsmosisBanana · 05/02/2010 22:33

SB! I forgot you moved back over yonder parts! How goes it being an englisher again?

ThePinkOne · 06/02/2010 15:57

I think I'd be inclined to threaten to cancel the whole visit Bunny, if he's being so anti. But maybe that's not very grown up I really don't think you're asking a lot. Will he not agree to spend any time with you both? Even the day in London or something?

OsBa!! Great to see you back! We are a bit weak in here nowadays. FMV has namechanged, Franny and Avi are trying to spend more time in RL. TooT and Mits and the others have just disappeared Wow at the running!! I'm considering the 10k race for life this year. Think I need to get a move on and apply though then I'll get my training head on!

Mango, raisins, apple juice and I've shopped so the rest of the week is looking good! Arse, is that the time? I'm not going to have time to run today!

OsmosisBanana · 06/02/2010 20:58

Do it Pinkerton, if I can do it (did I mention how much I hate running) anyone can.

Or so I keep panting to myself on the treadmill. Mind over matter. Giving birth is like 3x marathons yadda yadda.

Um, no fruit or veg AT ALL today unless we have called an amnesty on marmite on toast as a vegetable in my absence? But in fairness all I've eaten today is lager. Tomorrows run is going to be so much fun....

Bed soon methinks.

Wassup with TooT and Mits then? It was getting a bit dark last time I was over here.... I really hope they're ok. Especially TooT, she was worrying me.

SuperBunny · 06/02/2010 21:28

I just texted TooT and she says she's in the bathroom

SuperBunny · 06/02/2010 21:30

I am quite tempted to swan off to spain with DS for 2 weeks at Easter, Pink. However, the grown up part of me knows I musn't and knows that everyone thinks that ex is a twat and, at some point, DS will realise that too. But for now, I shall be nice and polite and let DS go AFTER ex spends a day with him here. Hopefully.

I would really love it, Mayor. Will see what I can find out about moving men, am just concerned that you have to go down steps to get to my front door and then up a flight and a bit to the rooms it could go in. But if Men would do it, would love it. Am pining for a piano.
