Come here and abuse one another until we all eat so much fruit we all fall over

oh and move about a bit as well

You can carry on being fluffy on the other thread if you like, but if you want a stern talking to, or you are actually doing your 10 / 10 then come here and sign in IMMEDIATELY

I have just been for a walk (50 mins) along and undulating lane and I've had an apple and some melon.

I'm now eating a wholemeal roll with chicken - is this allowed?

FrannyandZooey · 11/04/2007 13:29

NadBag you can eat what you like as long as you get your 10 a day

Tatties you have clearly overdosed on prunes and I insist that you try apricots or figs instead

'Lo. Smee. Back to the fold. I'm deffo doing 10/10 and still a non-smoker. And loads excercise. But please don't abuse me, I'm feeling a little fragile.

Or is it no fun unless one agrees to abuse?

Tatties · 11/04/2007 13:35

Oooh figs, that's a good idea. Need to go shopping

FrannyandZooey · 11/04/2007 13:35

If you do what you are told I will go easy on you

filthymindedvixen · 11/04/2007 13:51

I'm ok, (just feeling maybe I need a MN break. but worried thAT i can't do it )

sarz · 11/04/2007 13:54

I am liking the boot camp idea!! i certainly need it! The past week i have had a diet of vodka and takeaways as i went to visit some old friends! (i'm sure one of the pizzas had peppers on!) Back on track yesterday with chickpea pasta, a huge salad, 2 bananas, a plum, handful of dried apricots, jacket potatoe, carrots and cabbage.

Today i did an hour at the gym, and i swear i was sweating vodka, you could see the fumes!!!!! I have eaten... actually all i have had all day is a ceral bar and it 1:45! Better go and raid the fridge! Actually i have a huge M&S fruit salad in there, might go scoff the lot!!

filthymindedvixen · 11/04/2007 13:56

hello Sarz, yes, fruit salad would be a good start. And perhaps try adding some OJ to the ol' voddy

NadineBaggott · 11/04/2007 13:56

but if I eat 10 lots of fruit a day how will I fit my walk in? I mean won't I be locked in the bathroom?

sarz · 11/04/2007 14:00

actually in the beer gardens i was drinking cider, does that count as apples?!!

zippitippitoes · 11/04/2007 14:17

Hello everyone - Franny sorry you are feeling poorly.
Zippi - have you been ill - what's with the looking crap?
Had a whole long weekend MN free, so not really sure what's going on (nothing new).

Banana, pear, (Zippi - the pear was actually in the that brief 5 minute window of RIPENESS - no tricks!). Lots of veg for tea.
Still being sick every afternoon - need to eat fresh ginger.
Also got a veg box yesterday for first time - was a bit disappointed...got 2 items that I don't recognise!

filthymindedvixen · 11/04/2007 18:18

today, homemade veg soup (with about 8 diff veg in), apple, melon, orage juice. And about to go out for a meal which will prob include some form of frilly foood.

lionheart · 11/04/2007 18:29

Hello folks

I have had two apples, a banana, an orange, a handful of raisins, a pasta dish with leeks/mushrooms/chard/cucumber and loads of flat leaf parsley, some spicy parsnip soup, and I am about to tuck into a vegetable vindaloo with some chapatis.

Oh, and I am imbibing something derived from grapes
