Come here and abuse one another until we all eat so much fruit we all fall over

oh and move about a bit as well

You can carry on being fluffy on the other thread if you like, but if you want a stern talking to, or you are actually doing your 10 / 10 then come here and sign in IMMEDIATELY

Yes, it is a tiny black box thing and you have to rub the screen with a stick

Vegan Friend has gone but not before they had numerous rounds of Mario Karts

Dp says "I couldn't help it, he wouldn't leave." I had said goodbye to him and gone upstairs! He had his shoes on! When I came down they were sitting with a cup of tea playing Mario Karts!

OK I am going to ignore this imcomprehensible nonsense about PS2 and DS Lite and whatever and tell you about my consumption:

apple
grapes
pineapple
strawberries
spinach
asparagus
clementine
pear
peas
tomatoes
cucumber (though I don't know what a portion of cucumber is)

erm I suppose onions and potatoes don't count??
do I have to list everything else?

FrannyandZooey · 16/04/2007 20:55

YAY!!!!

I am so pleased you are here and eating fruit and stuff!

YAY!!!!

(onions count, potatoes don't. Oh arse I meant to start a new thread with lovely links and stuff this morning. May do it now...)

I fear mydigestion may suffer tomorrow

FrannyandZooey · 16/04/2007 20:59

I have started new thread here with lovely links about cucumber and all sorts

you are exempt from exercise for today as New Girl but tomorrow must try harder

FrannyandZooey · 16/04/2007 21:00

harpsichordcarrier · 16/04/2007 21:02

oh well looking at that link I would like to add:
glass of OJ
(blimey this is piss easy )
I like the sound of Stretching

gosh I am exhausted.
the Bach book is very exciting. there was a lovely bit about chromatic scales which made me quite breathless

FrannyandZooey · 16/04/2007 21:05

Well that will probably do as your 10 mins of exercise then

If Franny is in pom-pom mode I will add my list: banana, grapes, carrots, apple, pomegranate, orange juice, smoothie.

Only 7 so far because pop-corn doesn't count, does it?

On the plus side, the pomegranate also counts as the other 10 because that's how long I spent stabbing

at it with the spoon in order to get the seeds out.

And in keeping with the Gothic theme, it did create a slightly Lizzie Borden effect in the kitchen.

Hi everyone, sounds as if you all have eaten lots of good stuff today. I have had Soya milk (does that count?), pineapple juice, spicy veg medley with rice (mushrooms, onions, peppers, chickpeas), , and strawberries and cabbage and carrots and mashed swede. . But didn't make it to the gym today as DH was "training" in London , so not around to have DS and DD at lunchtime. Will go to gym tomorrow. Franny, now I want lentil shepherds pie , will have it for dinner tomorrow.

FrannyandZooey · 16/04/2007 21:29

Does popcorn count? It is corn, isn't it? Hmmm....

Please all join me on the lovely new thread here . Or do you all like it too much here in the boot camp?

sarz · 17/04/2007 18:28

Idreamofdaleks · 17/04/2007 18:35

brocoli, grapes, orange, pineapple, melon, watermelon, mango, apple, homemade sheperd's pie with more veg in

what really packed them in was a fruit salad!

..I forgot to roast my beetroot though !

lionheart · 17/04/2007 18:36

There is another new and fluffier thread, unless you like boot camp.

FrannyandZooey · 17/04/2007 19:59

Ooh yes, the boot camp has been closed down, something to do with health and safety...

Please come and join us here in our new place kitted out with whalesongs and lots of crystals for Filly
