get with the program?? hell i am the program today! I have had sultanas, an apple and dried apricots, and i am off to the gym now, so you wont see my ass for dust!!(should anybody put dust on the treadmil!!)

i did hour and half in the gym, and was actually sweating alot (i usually stop when i start to glow, but the gym was empty so i didnt care what i looked like!) I think i am 1st to declare actual exersise, do i get a prize?? i just bought alot of fruit and am about to start eating it!

me, me me - I was actually digging at my allotment at 8am!!

(That's exercise and fruit and veg AT THE SAME TIME!!!)

And Im now at work., with my fingers getting lots of exercise, (in a typing styleee...)

and I've had 4 fruit and veg and it's not even lunchtime yet!

just read a couple of days worth and you will see how different people achieve their 10 (can that be wanky phrase no 3 pls?)

I am eating a humungous bowl of veg soup: carrots, chickpeas, red lentils, parsnips and cauli

I think I am declaring 10 right now and it's only 12.25 WOOOOOHOOOO

So far I have had raisins, orange juice, raw carrot. Have a big veggie stew thing cooking for dinner.
DT I just though this morning, if you think of it as three at each mealtime, rather than 10 in the day, it seems a bit easier to tackle. Or build it up, so if you're not used to eating much try and up the quantity by a portion or 2 extra a day - you'll be there in no time!

(Dimpled Thighs, don't tell our great leader, but I can't ever eat 10 'proper' portions of F & V...I just aim for letting it pass my lips 10 times a day, eg some fruit on my cereal, fruit juice and chopped fruit for breakkie = 3!
I don't do measuring)

FMF you bad bad lady! I reckon your 3 portions are 3 portions, though, I mean 1 fruit = 1 portion, often, so I reckon you may not be cheating as much as you think you are

on the portions, how many dried apricots equal one portion? i usually have about 3 or 4 is that about right? and sultanas/raisons about a small handful.
