Honestly Mabs, leave those young male trainers alone, there's a word for people who buy the services of young lads you know.

Can't make up my mind to join a gym. Just spoke to another mum about it this morning. She goes every day. We have one just round the corner for women only but I just can't see myself ever using the machines. I need to take drastic action though, looks like my cellulite begins at the ankle these days Sad

Hi, new gymer here! i finally went on sunday after finally joining last month Blush. I joined a local ymca and its great, very modern and everything but a really lovely atmosphere, not like gyms i have visited before. It has a real community vibe going on with learning disabilities groups, heart attack rehab patients and just really ordinary friendly people.

I had to do it as i have entered race for life in july!!!!!! what possessed me! I am running (hysterical laughter aplenty!)well a cross between a jog and at times barely plodding my feet in front of each other on the tread mill, but i have to say after going every day since sunday (i know thats only 3 days i do feel rather good.
