Another thread on here as reminded me of a burning question I have had for ages.

In a conversation with a girl friend of mine, she said that she orgasmed during penetrative sex. I don't. Only during foreplay. Are we doing something wrong?

What do other people experience?

I can orgasm both ways.If i come first when we are doing it(which happens 9 times out of ten) my dp has to finish up really quick or else he gets kicked off!! i get really sore and sensitive after ive come, not great for him but hey whats a girl meant to do.i just keep telling him he is soooo great and its his fault i come so quickly.

Great read, this thread.

ruty · 01/01/2006 23:53

haven't had one since ds was born. I just can't relax enough to lose myself. usually too knackered! In the past tho, never had one during sex, only with clitoral stimulation. Right, now really embarrassed!

ruty · 01/01/2006 23:54

BTW tamba, i was a rather late starter in the orgasm dept. I suggest getting to know youeself better on your own to start with...

Mytwopenceworth · 01/01/2006 23:55

I hate you all and wish your nethers great numbness and an abnormally lopsided appearance.

is a terrible thing.

mummytosteven · 02/01/2006 00:03

what a fabulous thread this is, veering between sex tips, HVs and milkbanks . Since having DD you are obviously a reformed character FA, dragging the tone of this thread resolutely away from sex

No VOs. Must need an OS map to find my G Spot!!! But plenty of COs during foreplay, so that keeps me happy

fullmoonfiend · 02/01/2006 09:26

no idea where the g spot is myself, but have had enough vo's to know it does exist! Have had more since having the kids (altho' get the opportunity less, IYSWIM }Ho hum, swings and roundabouts (and no, that's not a sex tip!)

jac34 · 02/01/2006 09:31

I'm with those who orgasm but only in the right position.
For me it's with me on top(always works for me), but sometimes, on my back with legs raised over my head.

Auntybrandybutter · 02/01/2006 09:40

'frais I'm in the minority!!!
I orgasm from penatration. obviously can through foreplay, but always like something inside!!
(blushing typing this!!)

Auntybrandybutter · 02/01/2006 09:41

thats 'fraid!!

gscrym · 02/01/2006 09:42

I'd like a map of where all these alphabet spots (g and all it's friends) are. I used to through penetration but now don't and haven't since DS (now 3).

daisiesinaline · 02/01/2006 10:21

lazyanna · 10/01/2006 08:06

I can't be bothered to change my name, but I'd be interested to know if there is anyone who thinks they might have NEVER had an orgasm...

I'm asking on behalf of a friend, of course.

NotQuiteCockney · 10/01/2006 08:15

Two points, based on my knowledge here:

There aren't vaginal orgasms. There aren't clitoral orgasms. There are just orgasms. They may feel different depending on what caused them, but then they probably feel different depending on who caused them, whether you're standing up or lying down, etc etc.

Female ejaculation can be caused by clitoral or g-spot stimulation. I don't think science knows much about it, given that a few years back they didn't seem to believe this existed. It is generally more than a tiny puddle, it is definately different from normal lubrication.
