I've spoken to the crisis team, but everyone's fed up with me. My life is a mess , I can't go into details but I am in a living hell. Things aren't going to change for a while , everything's a fight. I am a bad person.

Yes I'm only allowed to feel suicidal 3 days in every 3 weeks. Yes I was definitely arsed with my CPN. Expecting a couple of phone calls tomorrow, but have my diary next to my bed, so I don't have to get up that's if I sleep.

The Samaritans just cut me off, that helps the paranoia, I guess I just keep on going and going and going.

We are going along with you. We can’t DS’s forward to making everything right but we won’t be cut off or tell you how often you’re “allowed” to feel suicidal. As if you can choose!
