It's worse than I thought
9.11. I was 9.5 when I stopped last time.
My target weight was 9st or thereabouts last time, I shall go for the same again as I know that's the weight I look best at. But also going to up my fitness. Have a gym membership for one 5min from my house, I shall aim for a min of twice a week, but not the same days as a fast day.
Measurements are 71cm natural waist, 89cm just below belly button, 91cm overbust, 93cm hips. Height 5ft6 and bra size 28GG.
Going to try for a fast day today as working from home and can get up and go for a walk when I feel sleepy, rather than reaching for the coffee and biscuits!
So far I've had one tea and one coffee, both with milk, 35cals altogether. Will try and go until 1pm for lunch, think I'm going to have steamed broccoli with a slice of salmon and make a Chinese rice vinegar, soy and chilli dressing for it.
I'm trying to remember what I used to take as lunches on my FD and my evening meals, anyone have any ideas for fresh, light dishes to go with this evening.
The advantage for me over the next 6 weeks is that my DH is a farmer so is working all hours so he doesn't have supper until 10pm. which means I can makes meals to fill him up, but can do light things for me.
How often are we going to post a weigh-in? Daily? Weekly?
I really hope that this thread and feeling 'accountable' to others will help me get back on track. I found it such a fab WOE and am so cross with myself for falling off the wagon as I found it an effortless way of living for over a year.
I can't even remember why I fell off, so it can't have even been a significant reason, probably just laziness!
