After a week of absolutely no exercise, I eased myself in gently with a 2 mile boosted WWL. Will aim to do something for the next few days and then I’m away for a couple of days with my sister.

Oops - I got out of sync again with my posting. I did KAbs L2D16 on Thursday.

After which I took a few rest days because my shoulder hurt. It feels totally fine again today. KAbs L3D16 (30 mins)

Even the sound of beast mode gives me the heebie jeebies, Roonetta. It sounds like you're trying to give yourself extra work Sophie!

I've has one intentional and three unintentional rest days Blush I have managed to walk an average of 13.5k steps and do my squats challenge on those days though so I don't feel completely useless. Back to it properly tomorrow.

I am deciding each day which one to do Sophie. Time is at a premium at the moment with one thing and another and I am finding my motivation is waning, so I choose what I feel like doing on the day, otherwise I don’t think I would do anything (which is exactly what I did today Confused). Won’t be doing anything for the next couple of days either as off for a couple of days with my sister. I really must get back into the swing of things next week.

A good week here.
Mon: Circuits (battle ropes week 😱)
Tues: 11 mile long run (jeffing 3mins/ 30s)
Wed: rest
Thurs: outdoor fitness class
Fri: sports massage followed by open water swimming... well they say ice baths are good for recovery!

I actually feel better after a massage/ osteopath for walking or swimming. It stops me going too exhausted and achey without being aggravating and undoing it.

I've some sort of emotional as well as physical lurgy for the last few days. 2 lateral flow tests say not covid so hopefully I'll be back up soon

Thanks ladies, had a fab time with my sister and managed to clock up 20,000 steps on both Friday and Saturday!

Ooh looking forward to Epic Heat 2 Sophie - shorter workouts are definitely key at the moment. Well done on ploughing through Epic 3! You are doing amazingly Star. Do you think 3 is her hardest yet?

Oh I don't know if there will actually be an epic heat 2 Roonetta! Was just speculating. In any case, I believe Caroline is taking some (well deserved) time off now and will be back in the new year.
