Worst of the work stress is over so I forced myself out for a short run this morning. If the weather holds up I'm going to go for a dip later. I'm following Oubliette back onto the wagon Wink

I'm very jealous of your kick boxing sar. I used to do some boxing and I loved it.

Had a wonderful time at home and started my exercise today: epic 3 day 31 glutes and hamstrings giant sets. This was tough - my hamstrings were cramping at one point! Also a 10 min girvan abs workout.

Epic 3 day 33 for me - lower body trisets. Again it was tough - I should stop writing this as every epic 3 day seems tough now!!

6W6P L2D16 (35 min). Which I think is more cardio than abs. Whatever the description says. Still 2/2 days so far this week is good progress.

17k steps. Still not sleeping well so no mojo to run, but I'm considering that much walking a win! And a legs squat/lunge complex. i won't be able to move tomorrow

I probably won't get much exercise in this week. My DH has the week off and is decorating the kitchen, which means he spreads himself into every area of the house. Not sure why, but I can never motivate myself to exercise when he is at home Hmm.

I'm back on it this week after an odd sort of half term which meant doing nothing (involving DH away, then unexpectedly WFH and me having a road trip in the middle. I also went down with a cold and that time of the month! At least it all came together Grin )

Mon: circuits class
Tues: 7 mi walk. Substitute for long run due to cold and tired muscles.
Wed: back to open water swimming and a walk so I got some circulation back in my feet Grin

Oh I think I've had that* too with one of the 6W6P workouts oubliette*. Something else other than abs hurting me the next day 😆

I had a lot of course work catch up to do today so I didn't get much else done. I did manage a sea dip and a short dog walk so all was not lost.

Course I'm doing myself, Sophie. Actually two, one directly work related and one that's mainly for myself but will be useful for work.

Dh is away this weekend and I forgot how to manage weekend activity and match drop offs on my own! But got out early for a short run with the dog so he won't complain at being left home alone Blush

That should have been day 37 (not 3!). I also did a 5 min lilly sabri abs workout - picked a short one but it turned out to be quite challenging .....
