Anybody else in London ballot?

It's the first time I've entered. I didn't think I'd be bothered but now we're approaching d day (week after next I'm guessing?) Ive become obsessed and am writing imaginary training plans

When I entered I thought that if I got a spot, I'd defer it to give myself a year to put extra miles in my legs. But now I don't care about the extra miles...!!

Might look for other spring marathons.... K own I couldn't commit to fundraising for charity place.

Has anyone actually got a ‘no’ email yet? A few have got ‘I’m sorry’ magazines but still haven’t heard anyone getting a ‘no’ email

Ran a HM two weeks ago with a gammy knee that hurt for the last 8 miles. So why do I hope I’m in?!

Heard nothing yet. I thought seeing no bib number on the reg page though it was a NO which im hoping for.

No word here either.

After a painful half marathon at the weekend, I'm hoping for a no!

Great news Sandunes. Still no email here...

I was really shocked to get the 'You're in!' mag. It probably sounds a bit twee, but this really is a lifeline for me. I've been carrying a heavy fog of anxiety for a while now and this has given me a real buzz of excitement. It's so nice to have something to train!

Now I have to decide if I keep my Brighton place the week before...

Can you defer Brighton?

You can defer Brighton but you'll have to pay again, so it's cheaper to defer London as the entry fee is a lot lower.

I live near Brighton and I've done it before so I'm not too worried if I don't do it. I paid the lowest price at expo so it's not the worst hit - or I could sell it! Saying that, Brighton places are easily come by so I'm not sure if there'd be any takers.

I'm very excited to run London so couldn't defer that!

When did you find out?

Was it Tuesday's mail or Wednesday morning (today's) mail?

A lot of people have said that they send out the You're In mags first and then the rest, but if Sandunes had her You're In mag this morning, on Day 3, then there's still, a slight bit of hope for some of us.

Our mail comes really late in the day.

So another day of waiting.

I have stomach ache from all the tension.

Another thing,
Can you tell by the packaging whether it will be an in or out magazine?

My "You're" in Magazine was in red packaging and my "You're NOT In" magazine was in yellow packaging I think. But they were from different years obviously so perhaps there's no pattern to the colours?
