Sorry, for being so quiet, had huge iPad issues and was ipadless for two days and felt utterly lost!
Did BA workout on LMOD yesterday. Did one that was a mash up of various releases, it came up on the new release section. Really enjoyed it and would recommend for anyone else trying LMOD for trial. Annoying thing was I had to do it through my phone on the tv as no iPad and it was questionable whether the battery would make it through! Did a run today, just a short one but did 5k in 31 minutes which is a shorter but faster run than usual and there were some hilly bits.
Yumy that info re hiit and visceral fat is really interesting. I have a body fat percentage scales thing and according to that my visceral fat is on the lower side of average. Bitoutof if you like weights have you tried a kettlebells class or body pump if you’re lookijg to try a class?
Purple I used to love adding up all my pull ups and press ups on that workout and telling dh how many I’d done! For for no pull up assist on the first round just to see what you can do. Btw you are crazy for doing cvx with 4 kg weights!
