I've been reading Brexit threads and it's always the same people talking about how unhappy they are about Brexit.
I guess Brexit leave voters have no time to waste on forums.

I guess Brexit leave voters have no time to waste on forums.

And yet here you are, with your terribly valuable contribution Hmm

Hazardswan · 21/08/2018 21:33

Did you have to post this passive aggressively to distract you from your conscience?

Blushah · 21/08/2018 21:35

Yet, ironically, here you are, car!

Blushah · 21/08/2018 21:37

I'm actually a bit embarrassed for you, even thinking posting this would excite 'debate' and/or goad Ines.

Most Remainers attempt to incite some sort of understanding from mindless Brexiteers, regarding what they've visited upon all of us. But this sort of post is The Best They Can Do.

CaptainLacyPants · 21/08/2018 21:39

I’ve just searched your username.

Goodness You post a lot!

Believeitornot · 21/08/2018 21:39

Well. Use your logic.

The outcome of the referendum was to leave. So it makes sense that those who aren’t happy, want to talk about the clusterfuck that is Brexit.

It would be the reverse if remain had won.

However, I’m guessing logic isn’t your strong point.

Hazardswan · 21/08/2018 21:42

OP It's not to late, you can contact your MP and sign petitions and say "hey I was misled and lied to in the ref campaign and that's wrong and I'm not gonna take it lying down" where's your British bulldog spirit?

ChildofCastor · 21/08/2018 21:44

Yes, I expect they're too busy organising the street parties (might be best to buy the food well in advance), planning their retirement move to Spain (because of course FOM will only be one way, it's just about keeping the forriners out, we can still go anywhere we like, blue passports, hurrah!), talking excitedly about the blitz spirit, or maybe just standing in the road waiting for the unicorns to come trotting over the horizon. Meanwhile I'm spending huge amounts of time reading reports, listening to experts, campaigning and petitioning, trying to find the best way to protect my family and my business from this absolute clusterfuck. And, yes, as one of the 48 million people who didn't vote for this, there are many, many ways I'd rather be spending my time.

CandyStore · 21/08/2018 21:45
Hmm
Ihatemycar · 21/08/2018 22:13

I knew it people attack leave voters immediately. I have time as I have 6 weeks off. Let the abuse commence...

OP posts:
Ihatemycar · 21/08/2018 22:16

I was never lied to. I understood what I voted for. Leave the EU. I can't wait to prove you wrong. We are better out than in.

OP posts:
ChildofCastor · 21/08/2018 22:22

I sincerely hope you're right. I'd love nothing more than to be proved wrong.

honeysucklejasmine · 21/08/2018 22:25

As Child says... I'd love it if the worst thing that happens post March is smug Brexiteers get to say "I told you so". I will gladly eat humble pie.

Jayfee · 21/08/2018 22:33

Many leave voters had genuine reasons to vote leave. However, I don't think any of us fully understood the consequences. I voted remain for a variety of reasons, but I had never even heard of the customs union.

Ihatemycar · 21/08/2018 22:33

I truly believe we'll be better off. I believe in Britain with all my heart. I know we are much better than the EU. Of course I would have prefer to have a great partnership with the EU but they don't show any flexibility or will to change.
When I see countries like Greece or Spain struggle makes me angry. They have so little. People are very poor with no work or good prospects.
I think the EU it's failing his members and it's time to expand our horizons.
I do not want to see people upset here I just wish things turn out the way I believe they are going to turn out.

I know we are much better than the EU.

HmmConfused

Neolara · 21/08/2018 22:36

OP - How is Britain better than the EU? Genuine question.

Hazardswan · 21/08/2018 22:38

We all wish it turns out the way you believe but it's not looking like that.

borntobequiet · 21/08/2018 22:38

Remainder - what is left over after a division calculation.
Remainer - someone who would prefer not to leave the EU.
HTH.

Jason118 · 21/08/2018 22:42

Belief trumps facts every time

Theworldisfullofgs · 21/08/2018 22:44

What's good about Brexit then? Tangible, specific etc.

Jason118 · 21/08/2018 22:47

It's just better ok, - believe it

Thomasinaa · 21/08/2018 22:52

Fucking hell, our education system is really crap, isn't it?
Biscuit

PerverseConverse · 21/08/2018 23:06

🙄🤔😴

Jason118 · 21/08/2018 23:07

I thought I'd try spouting bollocks for a bit to see if it made me feel better. Although it seems to work for some, I'm afraid it hasn't for me.
