I'm not sure whether it's a bit early in the year for ebaying but I still have mountains of stuff to get rid of!!. Most of the over 99p stuff I had has sold but there is still a lot of things here that might be of interest to others.

After feeling a bit fed of ebay before Christmas I seem to have recovered a bit of enthusiasm for it again after receiving some lovely feedback on items that I didn't expect (I need to have more confidence in what I'm selling!!).

Anyone else want to join me?

I have a box of stuff that has sat in a corner for months. I really should stick it on ebay.

I'm in, then. Need to find the camera......

mogs0 · 07/01/2010 14:56

I reckon if everything I have to get rid of sells at 99p I'll still easily make the target!!! I'll get even more if I start on ds' stuff (which I've threatened over the holidays).

pacinofan · 08/01/2010 09:30

Great idea, have listed stuff over the last few days including a book that I was going to give to the charity shop - quick 'advanced search' on completed listings showed it would sell and I got £35, well pleased! Other stuff v slow though and quite a lot unsold, so swings and roundabouts I guess.

mygirllollipop · 08/01/2010 10:34

I'm in but I don't know how much I will get round to listing let alone selling lol.
Need to make money as DH started new job this month with a lot of expenses, oh and he needs the car so I need to get myself a banger!

PrammyMammy · 08/01/2010 11:59

Me, i'm in. I need to raise more like £2000 though but that's not gonna happen, every little helps!
I need to raise some money for our wedding. woo.

caykon · 08/01/2010 12:14

I'm in, i've been a lurker for a while. We have just had an extension and are totally redoing the house so will be good to declutter, plus some money to help with redecorating extra will be a bonus

notcitrus · 09/01/2010 19:41

I'm in - I gave up on the Christmas target after about £40 as I was in the centre of the postal strike and things were taking over 2 months to get to me, so didn't want to risk trying to sell before Christmas.

In fact I've managed to list some things over the last couple days (david underscore conflux), if anyone wants comfy Ecco shoes or a really adorable baby superhero outfit (cute photo of baby in it provided to MNers on request!)

Hoping to get more money to speed up DIY - we're finally getting woodwork painted in our loft conversion so then it's just carpets and finishing crawl space and the 2 bedrooms will be useable. For those with long memories, yes this is the loft conversion that was meant to be done before ds was born. He's about to be 16 months old...

Tortoiselookingforwardto2010 · 11/01/2010 11:11

Well thanks to DD1 cracking my laptop screen i now need to make about £70 a.s.a.p! Using the wii to mn but need to find out if i can list on Ebay on it! Typing is hard work!

BethAndHerBrood · 11/01/2010 13:24

tortoise Do you still have that bob the builder duvet cover you listed ages ago? Just got a duvet for DS2, and he'd love it!

Tortoiselookingforwardto2010 · 11/01/2010 20:39

Beth Yes i think i still have it. I know it didn't sell.

BethAndHerBrood · 11/01/2010 22:36

Would you sell it to me please? How much would you like for it? including p&p?

There, that's got you started!

Tortoiselookingforwardto2010 · 12/01/2010 09:54

Will look for it and work out postage for you. No idea on price TBH.

Tortoiselookingforwardto2010 · 12/01/2010 11:58

notcitrus · 12/01/2010 19:22

Which brands of baby clothes or toys sell well? I've got quite a lot of Gap clothes that have been outgrown.

Very chuffed as have £46 in bids and nearly a week to go! Although I agreed to give half of the aunt's shoes earnings to her local hospice, so only £31 for me.

Tortoiselookingforwardto2010 · 13/01/2010 11:20

My items Pics now added. One item has a bid. Fingers crossed for more!

mygirllollipop · 14/01/2010 11:08

Free listing Sunday!!

Tortoise · 16/01/2010 21:01

Two of my items are doing well. Mini boden trousers are on just over £8!

Hopefully will list a couple more bits tomorrow. Having to use the wii all the time isn't good!

notcitrus · 17/01/2010 18:21

Bump to remind people about free listing today!
THought I'd list early in case Ebay crashed again - added 4 more books and one has a bid for £10 already. So £80 in bids and some items ending tomorrow night.

Tortoise · 17/01/2010 22:27

Did pretty well with items that ended earlier. Now have £48 in papal. Only about £20 needed now for laptop screen.
More items listed tonight, pics will be added tomorrow.

Tortoise · 18/01/2010 11:30

New items here.

Pics now added, fingers crossed for bids.

notcitrus · 18/01/2010 22:20

£110 so far! Minus £25 promised to the hospice for one item I sold.

And minus £69 for new lighting rig for the fish tank... Ah well.
