I'm not sure whether it's a bit early in the year for ebaying but I still have mountains of stuff to get rid of!!. Most of the over 99p stuff I had has sold but there is still a lot of things here that might be of interest to others.

After feeling a bit fed of ebay before Christmas I seem to have recovered a bit of enthusiasm for it again after receiving some lovely feedback on items that I didn't expect (I need to have more confidence in what I'm selling!!).

Anyone else want to join me?

I made another £8 today on just 3 items so my grand total is somewhere in the region of £28 (I don't keep accurate count as I keep deleting items from my sold list). Feel a bit better after today.

MumGoneCrazy · 05/02/2010 18:55

Dumbledoresgirl What items are you selling?

Dumbledoresgirl · 05/02/2010 20:26

Just kids clothes and toys at the moment.

I have books, dvds, adult clothes, some larger items and vinyl records which I would love to sell but I am not sure if any would sell.

I am impressed with the amount you made this week. Were all those games sold separately or in bundles?

MumGoneCrazy · 05/02/2010 21:58

Thank you i did them in one big bundle

I couldnt be bothered to do smaller piles or on their own as it would of been to much to pack and post

What ages are the clothes? Are they boys or girls?

Dumbledoresgirl · 05/02/2010 23:03

Just sold another item!

Actually, most of the clothes have sold but they were boys aged 4-5 and girls aged 6-7 mainly. I am not going to relist what didn't sell but in a month or two I am going to list the summer clothes so watch out if those sizes are of interest to you.

MumGoneCrazy · 05/02/2010 23:30

Well done on the sold items

i need girls baby 0-6months, 1-2yrs and 2-3yrs and boys 9-10yrs

my girls are 3 and 4 but are small im having so much trouble finding a school uniform to fit my 4yr old its a nightmare

Tortoise · 06/02/2010 17:55

I have a pile of bits to list now. Mainly toys and soft toys. Some are fifi teddies which i can't quite believe DD2 didn't want anymore!

DD's chucked out a whole bin bag full of soft toys! Good pile of them will go to the charity shop.

MumGoneCrazy · 06/02/2010 19:16

Tortoise have you always had the name tortoise?

I think i once sent you a package on one of them swap threads it was a colour one, cant remember what i sent though except for a bouquet of sweets made to look like flowers

We recently bagged a load of toys and teddies and sent them to the charity shop, there was too much to ebay.

DD2 & DD3 love fifi i might have to take a looksie

Tortoise · 06/02/2010 19:38

Mumgone Yes have always been Tortoise. Don't remember a bouquet of sweets though. I have joined in a lot of champs swaps though.
Have only picked out the soft toys which may sell. Probably only give them one chance to sell.

I have a talking Fifi, some small beanie fifi/primrose/violet and a 24 inch tall Fifi!

Will hopefully list them either tonight or tomorrow. have given all the soft toys a quick wash to freshen them up!

maduggar · 07/02/2010 09:11

I have 11 items ending tonight - hoping to make enough to pay for my wedding dress (buying it from a friend)

here

Tortoise · 07/02/2010 21:58

New items listed tonight.

Few more to list tomorrow. Had enough for one night lol!

MumGoneCrazy · 08/02/2010 12:46

Ooohh tortoise im watching one of your items very closely for DD1 (4)

I cant bid yet as im bidding on a cooker near me which i desparately need and not sure how much i'll have left in paypal.
(had gas inspection the other day and the guy told me my cooker was a deathtrap and he's surprised it hasnt blown up yet )

Tortoise · 08/02/2010 12:50

Good luck with cooker bidding.

(I can take PO or cheque too !)

MumGoneCrazy · 09/02/2010 02:09

I didnt get it

Someone kept out bidding me and highering their max bid the longest i had top bid was for 3mins it went for 139 i gave up at 80 lol

MumGoneCrazy · 09/02/2010 02:12

why would you pay 140 for a used gas cooker when you can go to argos pay 160 and have a brand new one delivered and connected

Wish i had 160...i bloody need a cooker

Guess i'll have to spend my money on tortoise's vtech instead although im not paying 80 quid for it

Tortoise · 09/02/2010 10:21

Sounds like they were bidding themselves/had someone bidding for them to get a higher price. No doubt will be re-listed soon!

3 items of mine will sell so far. Hopefully more soon!! I need to get DD2 a new bed so need to raise money for that now. Hers has broken. She was already desperatly in need of one though.

Found one i like from Asda which is £130 but doesn't come with mattress. Mattress on Ebay is £20 + £15 freight. Cheapest i can find online for 2'6'' mattress is £49 free delivery.

MumGoneCrazy · 09/02/2010 17:13

I need a cheap single bed or bunks if poss for DD1 so DD2 can move out of the cot bed and into the toddler bed and then DD3 can go in the cot

DD3 is early 20 wks and still in her moses basket as she's small but hoping to move her in the next couple of months

I just hope that sharing a room with her 2 sisters wont keep her awake all night.

Tortoise · 11/02/2010 20:19

I am surprised to have lots of interest in the dr/nurse bag. Also the wizard costume has a good few watchers.

NoahAndTheWhale · 11/02/2010 20:24
