Just wondering if there are many others out there. Was reading a political pamphlet and it was going on about self ID and how important it is. I just don't agree and think it's so damaging to change the definition of what a woman is. And the definition of a man too, I guess. Sex based rights are under threat in Ireland. Fed up with all the nonsense. Wondering what other Irish mumsnetters think.

I said in my complaint that ROG is a regular contributor to RTE. I’ll be interested to see what they say.

Also @Farmageddon the tone of Panti's tweets has changed dramatically check out his twitter... He's now going down the "poor us are under attack & it's really quite scary" road so RTE have obviously informed him of the emails..

Also, apparently he used to have a radio show called 'Pantiocracy' - FFS, this guy has such an ego! It seems by the date on many of these that he hasn't done anything on RTE in a while though, maybe they got sick of him!

Yes, and apparently he's just protecting his trans friend etc. etc. What that has to do with a woman being attacked, I have no idea.

Just got an email back from the local td. I wrote to him outing my concerns regarding transgenderism & women's rights being eroded.

He responded that he didn't support my views. He was sorry to hear that I'll not vote for Fine Gael & that Fine Gael are working hard to make Ireland a better place for ALL women..
Furious.. All women (including the ones with penesis). Absolutely bulling.

I'm actually looking forward to getting door-stopped, although sadly both FF and FG usually avoid our area. Before now I usually voted independents or PBP, but I think Boyd Barrett has drank the kool aid.

When election time comes round I'm going to make it very clear to anyone who knocks at my door - I'm totally undecided who to vote for. So answer this "what is a woman?" - depending on their answer I'll either engage with them or run them off my property. But the greens will be run immediately. I'm absolutely disgusted with them.

I'm also heartened by the fact that most of the comments are knowledgeable about the issues, most make the distinction between the LGB and the T, and there are comments from gay men acknowledging the harm being done to women's and children's rights.

I'm shocked the tweet is up after all the backlash 🤣🤣🤣
