He didn't answer the question about whether more children will now be able to go to school if their parents go back to work, he dodged the point of the mans question completely.

His question from Pooja, Chris Whitty answered it correctly, pretty much that the advise on what must be shut hasn’t changed, however Boris waffled for 5 mins going nowhere near the answer.

Stay at home if possible. You can exercise as much as you want. Go to work if you can't work from home this week. If you can't work from home but haven't got childcare schools wont reopen until at least 1st June but go to work if you can't work from home. You can now exercise as much as you want. From Wednesday you can go outside as much as you want...
