30s TTC - Butterdish Smashing World Record Attempt

1000 replies

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 12:20

Line up, line up for the world record attempt for most dropped butterdishes per fred.

The bar is here, along with squishy sofas, some fluffy beanbags, low lighting, and most important of all, free booze.

I have installed some naked waiters (Morgan from being human, together with Russell Howard) - they have trays of champagne cocktails that can never run out, so dig in laydeez and lets make this a fred to remember.

Ooh get me trying to be all positive!

Ocarina · 18/02/2010 12:31

oooh, squishy sofas, I'll have that one in the corner, and one of those cocktails, thanks.

RunLyraRun · 18/02/2010 12:32

Hi Poll, yes please some info on drucks always welcome!

Oca - why 23 days for me? Not a fucking scooby. I've never had two cycles in a row exactly the same length, but recently I've settled into 27-31. I'm hoping this is just a random aberration.

Going to the docs in the morning, trying to get him to do day 3 bloods and send me back to the gynae as it's 6 months now. Can't believe how fast that has gone.

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 12:36

Occy send me an email on beshlet at gmail dot com and I'll send you sum stuff on short LP's.

RunLyraRun · 18/02/2010 12:39

Poohead - will you msg me on FB please? Fanks x

laurielou · 18/02/2010 12:41

Oooo, loving the place

Well, I'm now officially 2WOOLFing. And in keeping with the positive tone, I'm feeling well, um, positive.

We've SWI more times during when I possibly ovulate (still no real scooby on that). The boyf also seems quite positive, asking me if I felt updiffed this morning, approx 10 hours after SWI. Bless.

Typically our appointment at the Assisted Repoduction Unit is at the beginning of March - would be day 34 of my cycle, which has ranged from 28 to 44 days (usually about 32). So I may be in a position where I should POAS the day I go to the clinic. Ah, the possible irony..........

Headbanger · 18/02/2010 13:07

I'm not coming in unless David Mitchell is in there somewhere.

Hey, nice place though

FryandLaurie I am commencing my (first properly proper) 2WOOFL too. Please to share my menkul.

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 13:12

I am also 2woofling. I is on day 19 of a cycle that could be anywhere between 22 and 28 days long. I am not sure I can be arsed to be menkuling though... have done way too much of that.

OP posts:
PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 13:14

Newbies may not remember but I am the one who took photos of norks throughout cycle to see if I could notice differences And before you ask - no, I couldn't!

OP posts:
Headbanger · 18/02/2010 13:18

Pooooooooooooolly that is genius

do you have a Flickr site?

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 13:39

No, Edbanger and I will NOT be posting those pics anywhere... in fact I think I deleted them in a drunken rage

OP posts:
Ocarina · 18/02/2010 13:45

That's high quality menkulness Polly.

So go on 2WOOFLers, we need symptoms. Mostly so I can convince myself I'm experiencing them in a few weeks time.

HawaiianCuntShine · 18/02/2010 13:58

my legs seem to thump in alternating rhythm, I think that's a symptom (of something)

spots on chest have started, thank you mr progesterone

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 13:58

It wasn't one of my finer moments, I admit!

Er, I haven't got any symptoms so far, sorry. Its too early. Besides, I have given up symptom spotting - when up the duff with Boo, the only symptom I had was the lack of pre-menstrual symptoms iykwim.

OP posts:
Cokie · 18/02/2010 13:59

Ooo loving the mood lighting, it makes me feel all sexy.

I am 2woolfing but have zip symtoms, must mean I am not growing a baybee. I keep feeling my boobs, they just feel and look the same to me.

By the way honeypot well done you!!

HawaiianCuntShine · 18/02/2010 14:00

Why can't I WIIIIINNNN??? Losing the plot is also a symptom, me thinks.

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 14:03

Cuntshine I distinctly remember ordering you a duffment this month... I prayed and everyfink. Its definitely time for your win.

And, what are you doing up at this time?! Go to bed woman... (i is also having trouble sleeping - keep waking up about 3am, gar)

OP posts:
HawaiianCuntShine · 18/02/2010 14:07

When the morning comes I'll not want to get up, and instead wrap my head in the covers and blissfully sleep unawares of my current WOOLFING.

PollyPoo · 18/02/2010 14:10

Sounds like a good plan HawaiiFive0

OP posts:
Headbanger · 18/02/2010 14:10

I'm symptom checking like a certificated menkulmanwoman. the day after the first SWI I had the shits. I think we're all agreed that within 12 hours of conception you get the runs, right? Yeah. Deffo.

cuntycuntcuntcunt fury also other sign. Fo sho

CUNextTuesday · 18/02/2010 14:28

I make you furious?

Headbanger · 18/02/2010 14:33

Cunty no!!! Failed attempt at reassuring HawaiiCUNT that banging desk with fists = diffment

SomethingSuitablyWitty · 18/02/2010 15:39

Hello there ! I am a naive newbie, but quite liking the look of the free booze bar, not to mention the naked waiters. I am new to the TTC game: but what I lack in experience, I make up for in crazed obsessiveness. The butterdish metaphor is a bit obscure, but I?d be happy to join the race to drop it?if I may?

laurielou · 18/02/2010 15:53

edbanger I could do with a menkal partner in crime. We've SWI more this month than any other, so I have first dibbs on diffment. Also going to Glastonbury so would be a tad nightmarish = guartantee diff.

welcome witty. There is an initation quiz somewhere, but you've mentioned the code phrase "crazed obsessivness". Welcome aboard!

Have given up sweets, chocolate, crisps, biscuits & cake for lent. Am only on 2nd day & think I may explode. What can I eat instead?
