Starting thread number 4, can you believe it? Congrats to everyone who has been lucky the last few threads and for those who have had recent losses again or new, keep strong, you are amazing. To those still trying, it will happen, myself included there and we will support each other.

I'll just include a foreward for anyone new who joins us, this is a supportive group for anyone who has had a loss, no matter how early or late. Everyone here has experieced the upset and understands.

Ive gone through the list and more than likely left people out so add anyone you think I've forgotten.

@Ella31 I had sex the day before I ovulated, and three days before I ovulated 🥰

Had a call from the molar clinic today, my HCG level is 0.28, so means I can move onto the blood test in 4wks now, and if that’s still clear I can then be discharged & be free to TTC again as there would then be no chance of it turning into cancer. So I am hoping so hard that the blood test comes back clear!
Also got a negative test today 6 weeks post surgery, so now hoping my period returns soon

@Ncl31 hopefully if you test again in the morning the line will be more obvious. From the photos you posted they both look very clear to me.

@MisssMarion I have been taking coq10 for the past month. Not had any advice, just from what I’ve read online. I bought a brand called pure clinica triple strength coq10. Just taking 1 a day, but think some people take more

@joleyjojo I had a chemical pregnancy 2 weeks ago at 6 weeks. I started spotting at 5w4d and epu wouldn't see me until the Sunday which would have made me 6 weeks and then on the Saturday the bleeding started. Sorry for your loss. I ovulated / peaked early (yesterday) at CD11 on OPKS and I only managed to DTD once in the fertile window. And once today which premom says I'm ovulating so I'm hoping that was enough but I doubt it. They do say we're more fertile after a chemical loss so I have everything crossed for you in the future.

My update so far CD11 I got my peak on OPKS. This threw me off as I was expecting a few more days and I only managed to DTD once in the new fertile window. I managed last night and premom says ovulation today so I need some good luck my way ladies that that was enough but I doubt it. Now on DPO1 hopefully try again tonight, even though I know its the pre window that counts. Is anyone on par with my cycle here?

@Figtree11 after going through such a shit time, that's really positive news! Hopefully your blood test comes back clear.

@MisssMarion I take 600 per day and get it from Holland and Barrett. That was recommended by consultant at fertility clinic.

Some another test this morning, both IC and boots and they’re both negative. Whiter than ever.
I think yesterday was a nasty indent.

Hi everyone, I think I recognise some of these names from the miscarriage threads, I had MMC with surgical management at the start of march.

Just wanted to say I've been taking Coq10, initially 150mg from Holland and Barrett, then I had another appt with the nhs fertility consultant (who said you need to wait 2 years after a mc before they will consider funding ivf) but said keep taking coq10, 600mg a day. So for the last 6 weeks I've been taking 300mg am/pm - can't remember the brand but it was from Amazon and was mid-range in price.

Thank you, sorry you have just gone through the same. I have been bleeding quite heavily so counted yesterday as CD1. I use LH strips and OvuSense to confirm ovulation. We will try straight away as I fear time is not on our side.

Fingers crossed you caught it, sperm can live up to 5 days so hopefully. 🤞🏼 I am meant to be away with my friends for 5 nights in a few weeks and if I haven’t ovulated by then I’m so worried I will miss the opportunity. I don’t want it to take over my life but I also don’t want to miss a chance.

What supplements does everyone take? I am taking a pregnacare, extra folic acid and vitamin C and D and starting Cq10.

@Onthedouble123 @californiacooper thanks for your feedback.i was going to start at 100mg but i guess i need much more!

@Joleyjojo I'm currently taking inofolic alpha, I don't have PCOS but was told it can help with TTC. I'm almost out though and I don't think I'll continue, I'll focus on CoQ10 now. Will also add the folic acid + vit D supplement I was taking at the beginning of my pregnancy but stopped after my MMC. Oh and I'm already taking omega 3. I'm also going to change my diet and try and increase my fruit/veggie intake and reduce the sugar 😣 It can't hurt anyway. And I'm going to ask my GP for bloods to check everything is ok with me, including my celiac disease.

I had a miscarriage 4 weeks ago. If helpful to anyone, I have been using the pre mom ovulation tests since my bleeding stopped. At the beginning the results were very high (as they were still picking up the pregnancy hormone). At the end of last week they went down to 0.04 (almost coinciding with first negative pregnancy test since the miscarriage) and then have started rising again. This morning the test has shown "high" for the first time.

We DTD yesterday, and planning now every day until peak + ovusense confirms ovulation.
