Starting thread number 4, can you believe it? Congrats to everyone who has been lucky the last few threads and for those who have had recent losses again or new, keep strong, you are amazing. To those still trying, it will happen, myself included there and we will support each other.

I'll just include a foreward for anyone new who joins us, this is a supportive group for anyone who has had a loss, no matter how early or late. Everyone here has experieced the upset and understands.

Ive gone through the list and more than likely left people out so add anyone you think I've forgotten.

@PearlCat hopefully I have ovulated, but kind of expecting not to have done based on how long it took me to ovulate after my first MC. Will keep to dtd every 2–3 days to cover all bases!

I can’t believe it ! They found a baby and a heartbeat ! The private clinic wasn’t measuring the actual baby it a bump in the sack !!!!!! I’m in shock. I’m worried though because I know when I ovulated exactly and the day I had sex. Measuring 6+1 however they did say it may jump a few days at the next scan. I am in such shock. But I did have slight spotting last wondering if it was from the scan. I just can’t believe how they got is so wrong, the private clinic said there was no visible yolk sac the NHS said it’s as clear as day. I haven’t slept in 24 hours the stress. Having another scan next Friday xx

@Figtree11 @ThelastRolo20 @Ella31 I've done OPKs in the work toilet too, same kind of routine as described by @Ella31 I even did my day 21 finger prick progesterone test there! That felt surreal 🤪

@Joleyjojo I'm so sorry you're going through this. I'm TTC#2 and I got pregnant in January. I had a private scan at 8 weeks which showed no heartbeat and baby measuring 6. I was sent to EPU who could only see me 2 days later. Same findings there except that baby measured 5wks and something, so even worse. Because it was under 7.5 mm though (size at which there should be a heartbeat) they couldn't make any assumption regarding the viability of the pregnancy (since it made sense to them not to see a heartbeat at 5wks) and wanted me to come back a week later. I guess it's standard procedure as they assume you might be wrong with your dates and they don't want to end a pregnancy that could have been viable. I told them I was sure of my dates and their dates didn't add up as it means baby would have been conceived the day I had my first positive test! They wouldn't budge. As I couldn't picture going another week (I had very strong sickness) I decided to have surgical management privately. I'm lucky my insurance covered it though and I know we don't all have this chance. I'm 39 too so I understand your feelings. I hope you're doing ok. You're not alone...

@Joleyjojo oh I'm so sorry, my signal is poor and it took forever for my post to be posted and I missed your update! That's great news!! ☺️ Fingers crossed for your next scan. I'm shocked the private clinic missed it though, you should make a complaint, they put you under a lot of unnecessary stress!

LMP I am 7+2 but I have slightly longer cycles 31-34 days. I personally would have liked to have been 6+4 and above but they said it’s quite hard at this point and I may come back next week and will be further. How can the private clinic miss the baby x

Absolutely mad, I'd be asking for a refund! My baby gained an extra 3 days between 6 and 10 week scans so I'd say everything looks good for you at the moment!

i currently have no idea where i am, cd17 and my OPKs are really faint. I had a 0.6 on cd 13 but it never got any higher so lord only knows if I’ve missed the peak or just haven’t ovulated yet

What a rollercoaster. I have sent in a email of complaint and asked for my money back.
I am booked in next Friday. Longest week ever xx

@Joleyjojo what an emotional roller coaster. Don't worry too much about the dates, they hate dating under 12 weeks because they can sometimes be all over the place. The fact the private scan got it so wrong, is so wrong.

Just catching up, ovulation came 2 days early and only managed twice before and one today so not sure I've done enough but I'm sure I'll find out after the 2ww. I hate this phase of my cycle, makes me go insane!

Hi :). Sounds like you've caught ovulation so definitely never know! I never know how much is enough, we normally try every other day in fertile window, and I'm always feeling is that enough. Wishing you love and luck for this cycle.

I'm at the end of tww and I was so tearful yesterday with pms. Can just tell AF is on its way so it is the usual feeling of dissapointment. But next month my husband is getting some checks and I'm going to start temping.

@DonnaWhat cd3 for me - been distracting myself watching the Olympics and doing a gym challenge, but feeling very low currently. I just don't want to spend however long TTC again, I'm scared of getting pregnant and losing again almost as much as I am scared of not getting pregnant! I'm trying to lose some weight and be healthier but I'm an emotional comfort eater so it's a constant battle. All 3 times I've conceived I've been on a bit of a health kick or have lost some weight prior so I'm thinking that can only help.

@DonnaWhat if I have actually ovulated I would be 2dpo but not convinced I have. So feeling pretty chill at the moment about the 2ww as I don’t actually think I am in the 2ww 😂

@moosey89 i’m sorry you are feeling low. I can completely empathise with the feeling of being scared to be pregnant but also scared of not being able to get pregnant. It really messes with your mind
