Thanks for turning up you lovely lot and so Welcome back on board the bus where our route now takes us through the POAS early corner of shame to the “I’m gonna wait until AF is late this time” and then stopping at the fertility clinic to drop off a bunch of giggling girls going to get their foof felt up by a load of nurses and hopefully get impregnated by them! 🤞🏻

This bus is the one where TTC happens in many different forms, shagging conventionally, unconventionally, with the help of scientific intervention, IUI/ICSI/Clomid/IVF & even just watching from the top of the bus 👀. It doesn’t matter if you’ve been trying for days, weeks, months or like some of us we’ve been around each other for so long we can’t bear to leave, nothing is TMI and there’s never a silly question...

Hell we KNOW TTC is tough, lots of us have had heart ache & are chasing 🌈so we are there for each other, as well as trying to have laughs along the way 🥰☺️

Awwww thanks ladies, on the end of a thread it always gets really full at the end of a night when everyone is chatty then I'm panicking about going to sleep & @Franklydear or someone filling it up during the night and waking & ive missed the bus! #nightmaresofabusdriver

@Katao yes very bizarre putting me on the bump list, I almost didn't! I've gone from cramping a lot at the weekend to now feeling nothing so Still very scared but really hopeful there will be more BFPs from the POAS corner & everyone else! 🙌🏻

On the house front I'm taking MIL to see new house tomorrow morning, then our neighbour's mum says ours is too big for just her & she'd just end up living downstairs which is a fair point, so on the market "under the market" ours will go shortly. Been touching up the kitchen this afternoon & need to do work in the garden but most jobs done for selling 🙌🏻

So far my search history as a bump bearer mainly consists of "is no cramping normal" and "can I eat XXXX (mozzarella at lunch for example) when pregnant!" I've got my priorities!

Buckling up! And let's hope the nurse managed it! 🤣

@Minster2012 yes it was OK. Stressful. But OK. I feel really flat now though? I don't know if its the come down from the whirlwind of the last 24 hours or what. I'm worried it wasn't the right day. Or the sperm was shit. But there's nothing I can do now! Just going to chill tonight and hope I feel better tomorrow.

Hey lovelies-sorry I've not been on much-things have been super busy. We're in the process of having a new main bathroom but as OH is doing it around his day job it's slow going (and we're having a total refurb).

Lovely to see two more BFPs to keep our driver company, congratulations @Asthenia and @2020mission 🎉

I'm finding it so interesting hearing how different all the clinics seem to be doing things, so excited for those of you close to or into the process (ivf, iui etc) 🥰

Lovely intro as ever @Minster2012, ouchy on the foot but bloody brilliant news on the house. Hope you're feeling OK, did you say they won't necessarily give you an early scan?

Work has been super crazy as once I hit 28 weeks I can't teach face to face so I'll be out of class with someone covering my days so sorting that out is a pain; I only have 2 days left actually teaching (mainly because of the bank holiday and the facts I'm part time-I'm not 28 weeks just yet)😬

Can't wait to see how you guys in the naughty 'early poas' corner get on over the next few days-lots of sticky baby dust all round. Maybe the driver could install a stash in the air conditioning system on the bus so it just sprays out constantly-I blame @DKDK123 for giving me this thought train!

@Franklydear I miss her too, I hope she's ok, but I thought it best. On the test front it depends how you think DH might react? I'm sure he'd forgive you if you just say you'd been feeling crap so thought to check?

@Katao I tested with a digital weeks one on Sunday, got 2/3 weeks which was right then done an IC today only because now the cramping I had is gone so obviously go into overdrive worrying. It's still pretty faint tbh & didn't reassure me at all so I'm just gonna wait to do the last digital weeks one I have next week. I'd rather try & ignore it & not think about it to get through the scary bit 😬but I have got advice from my endocrine team & they've referred me to antenatal endocrine for my next appointment which is may.

I've also got to talk to my oncology team as I'm having CT, MRI & neck ultrasound in may so can't do that, but will leave til next week

Not heard again from my doctor either on if I can get the blood thinners for longer

Not really got an embarrassing story unless you count the bit where sedation wore off during egg collection and I told the nurse I was trying to imagine myself on a beach but it wasn’t working - she suggested that was hardly surprising with an ultrasound probe and a needle digging around up inside my bits!
Anyway, have had 2 transfers and 2 miscarriages so far, just trying to decide now whether I do genetic testing on my remaining embryos or take the chance and transfer another 2 regardless... At 43 I don’t have many options left!
