Hello!

I've just turned 24 and me and husband have just started TTC first baby. Thought that it would be good to have a thread going with a few people in a similar situation! Very few of my friends are in the same situation as we got married early and now thinking of babies whilst lots of friends are still at uni :)

Anyone one to join a group discussion with how things are going?

I'm 24 and TTC as well! I know the feeling about not having anyone in real life, too.

Where are you up to in your cycle and is this your first cycle trying? I'm 11DPO due AF over the weekend and had a BFN this morning😔 but not out until AF shows!

@blueym I'm in exactly the same position - 11DPO and BFN😔 but we're not out until AF comes! Cycle 2 is still early days as well, were you on any contraception beforehand?

Hi @MrsAW2018 that's very true, hopefully we won't get a visit from af! What cycle are you on? I was on the pill but came off in September and have had regular cycles every month and then started trying in January. Were you on contraception? Hoping for a winter baby!

Hi guys Im 24 ttc 1st cycle af due tmrw had bfn yesterday, hoping to test again in the morning.

@blueym this is cycle 8, been TTC since June '18. I've never been on hormonal contraception for various reasons so my body hasn't had to adjust to coming off hormones or anything like that, it just seems to be taking a while and it is really getting me down 😔 I was hoping for an autumn baby but really I'll take any baby I can get at this point!! 😩😂 do you know when you're due AF?

Hi guys! I turned 28 last week, currently TTC #1! I'm 3dpo and hating the TWW. I took a test today even though I knew it would be negative 🤦🏻‍♀️ this period is always sooo slow.

Hi!

I'm 26 and my husband and I have been trying for about 6 weeks now. We got married last October but have been talking about TTC for a few years now. Unfortunately coming off the pill after 12 years screwed up my cycle so it's been hard to pinpoint the crucial time in the month especially as AF hasn't turned up since December.
Only one of my friends has a baby but it seemed to happen very quickly for her and given that she's currently juggling student/mother/planning a baptism/planning a wedding I don't want to bother her too much.
The rest of my friends seem to be trying to live vicariously through me and my friend, we're all quite broody but they aren't quite there yet

@MrsAW2018 I'm sorry you are feeling down about it, it will happen though! I'm about to go into crazy season with work from April onwards, so I'm hoping my mind will be very occupied. Period due on Sunday. Had some light pink spotting last night which was unusual for me. Happy V day!

Hey I'm 22 and TTC#1. Having a lot of difficulty tracking my ovulation, going through PCOS tests at the moment. Last 6 months cycles have been very irregular however before that they were spot on and always on time.

Im 27, ttc baby #1, and similarly, only one of my friends has babies on the horizon and shes been struggling to concieve for almost 2 years now so I feel awkward talking to her as don't want to cause her any upset.

Just got my first proper visit from AF after stopping my pill in late Dec, so im on cycle #1.

Hey! I'm 25 and my fiance is 28.
We have been TTC 3 years and are now having infertility treatment, with IVF anticipated for May 2019.
Our fertility problems were a complete surprise so thank god we started in our 20s because it would only be much worse later! I think so many people take that for granted and wait too long.

Hello! My husband and I are TTC im 26 and he’s 27. Hello!
I’ve recently come off of the pill (was on it for 2 months) and had the implant for several years before that.
We decided to start trying after I missed a few pills. I stopped taking my pill about 3 and a half weeks ago but haven’t had a period yet.
I tracked my CM to see if I could figure out my ovulation pattern as I’ve not had a period for so long and I don’t know my body’s natural rhythm.
I’ve had a lot of bloating and some cramps and I’ve had a couple of days where I had some really light brown CM/bleeding or something around a week after I thought I was ovulating! I’ve googled symptoms of early pregnancy and I have some of them but it also says they’re symptoms of your period about to start so I don’t know what to think!
Has anyone else come off of the pill and not had a period for a while? I thought it would have happened sooner than this! Is there a chance I could be pregnant?

26 and have been ttc for 3 years cycle 37 and I'm 6 days late and lots of signs of pregnancy biggest one being morning sickness also tired all the time hungry all the time and peeing a lot I've had 2 BFN but trying to stay positive as I'm never ever late with my AF fingers crossed 🤞 for all of us!!!
