Any 20s TTC first baby? :)

Hello!

I've just turned 24 and me and husband have just started TTC first baby. Thought that it would be good to have a thread going with a few people in a similar situation! Very few of my friends are in the same situation as we got married early and now thinking of babies whilst lots of friends are still at uni :)

Anyone one to join a group discussion with how things are going?

Hey guys I need help! Has anyone had this before! I "thought" I ovulated last week, as that's what CB opk sticks indicated but this morning I took another one as I have loads of clear discharge and I a flashing smiley(high fertility)... never had this before so I'm confused/annoyed lol (light purple-high fertility & dark purple-peak fertility). You can't ovulate twice in a month can you? 😩

I have no idea if you can ovulate twice, but you can definitely ovulate late! I would DTD tonight to be sure 😂

@MindyMoonstone after googling it apparently you can ovulate twice, but I rang CB helpline to query with them and they said it will just be a random surge of hormones which we get from time to time apparently so who knows 🤷🏼‍♀️

Hi hope you dont mind me joining 😊. I'm 27 trying for baby no.1.
Currently going into cycle 5. So far not used OPKs as i dont want the added pressure yet so just using ovulation apps to track cycle.
Trying to stay relaxed and positive.
Hoping for lots of baby dust for us all this month!

@Wishing56 wishing you luck! I think that's for the best, I'm in not successful this month then I'm going to stop with the opk's because it's added pressure and stress that I don't think I'm coping with well as the months go on 🙂

@Rosie2531 @MindyMoonstone apparently I've just peaked again, so ovulation due again in next 24 hours, DTD last night when I got back, but only 9 days until AF due so hopefully enough time to works it's magic before she arrives!

Just checking in , according to Clue im in my FW so im DTD every night.
This is cycle 4 and im realllly hoping i get a BFP!

Hows everyone else doing? any BFP ?!

Still no af here 🙄 that's over 5 weeks now and only faint lines on frer that probably don't even exist!

Well I'm 11dp first ovulation and 2dp second ovulation so who knows! 😂😂

Update is I have had AF my cycle was 68 days and I still have pelvic pain so doctor still wants me to have the laparoscopy and dye test.

@rosie2531 can understand the frustration I was in same situation took AF 68 days to come last one was jan and it kindly landed weekend past on my birthday i Was fed up taking tests and getting big fat no. Good luck

I hope everything sorts itself out @Pinksunset1 they thought i had PCOS 6 months ago and i had to have scans etc i felt like the not knowing what was going on was the worst!

I'm feeling sick in the mornings and around 3pm i think its just a bug but any little sign and i cling onto the fact it might be BFP!

@Pinksunset1 that's a good sign, I started spotting Tuesday night 6 days before AF due but this morning the spotting seems to have turned into early AF so I think that's me out this cycle. Onto cycle 8 🤭
