I have a new tree

6 month-old grandson ❤️

I’m only buying presents for husband, children and their spouses, and grandchildren this year. No one else.

I feel less stressed and so much happier because I blocked my toxic mum last year. Excited for a stress free Christmas for the first time in my 28 years of life. 🌲

Our daughter and granddaughter won’t be living with us this year , we’ll still see them and have a full house on Christmas day but it was so lovely having a little one again on Christmas Eve but we’ll have my mum again over Christmas which will be lovely ☺️

Disorganised! I don't feel I've any plan for when I'm going shopping etc. I'm tired though.

I'll be in Mauritius instead of Thailand 😎

We are doing a charity shop challenge for thoughtful gifts.

For Eco reasons, not COL.

Will be without dc1 who's working nights.
Dp can't come as not driving due to broken leg and I dont drive due to medical reasons.

No real tree this year due to puppies 🐶

Still got almost all of last years crackers so don't have to buy anymore. My teens can't be bothered with them.

I’ve refused to travel the last couple years because traipsing 3 kids and all the presents across the country to stay with perfectly capable able bodied people didn’t work for me. So they’re coming here! First time hosting Christmas on actual Christmas Day!

DH is going to be home (first Christmas in several years)😊

I'm not bothering with any special Christmas food. We'll just have something nice on the day for dinner. Normal meals otherwise, no cupboard full of festive snacks and chocolate that we're sick of by Boxing Day.

We will be in Accra, Ghana 🇬🇭 instead of New York, 🇺🇸😜 So nice to avoid hosting year on year!
