Does anyone know how long it takes for the radio times subscription to be acknowledged? I definitely pressed place order after giving them my bank details but the only thing I've had so far is an email telling me that I've left items in my basket.

Re Skye candles - I used them a couple of years ago and the wick was dodgy after a few uses: I emailed them and they sent out another with many apologies straight away. Brilliant customer service.

I've had my dispatch email from olaplex and the free gift is still showing on there so guess we'll see what arrives. Bit random some have had theirs removed and some haven't!
