girlwiththeyellowhats do we have any news yet?

Fifth thread already, how did that happen?! I?ve booked our panto tickets now so am feeling very festive Grin . Tips I learnt from the last thread number 24837 - wrap a huge cardboard box in christmas gift wrap to put all the rubbish on christmas day in rather than a bin bag so you don?t get a black plastic sack in all of the photos

Please forgive the fact that so many sale and amazon products aren?t individually linked or are linked but price may since change by the time you click on it - so many of them are out of stock and amazon seem to change prices on an almost hourly basis (it feels like) on a number of items that were previously linked to. As usual please tell me if any of these links/codes don?t work or if there?s anything particularly you want to be in the next OP (assuming there is another Wink ) how would I do any shopping without you now

Thanks for all your help in helping my christmas shopping in 2013 be once again bargainous Grin

Thanks for this. I need boys (and maybe girls) towel dressing gowns. Pref not character ones. They change their minds about what character they like and then refuse to wear :-)

EweHaveGoatToBeKiddin · 02/09/2013 22:54

Another bargain book, everyone

Only £1.99 + £2.80 delivery so only £4.79 all in. Going for around £10-£14 elsewhere.

Oh god, I've bought dd around 15 books for Christmas (and that's counting the 'collections' as just one book.) Blush. Luckily it's her birthday 2 weeks afterwards, so I suppose I can split them.

IJustNeedANap · 02/09/2013 22:57

5th thread already . WOW. We are doing well! Thanks Reastie Thanks

I've seriously over spent these last few weeks so all the good bargins need to wait a week before I can buy them Sad

Shock when did MN get Cake ??

JaquelineHyde · 02/09/2013 23:06

Bloody hell 5th one already! I missed the entire 4th thread as I have no money thanks to the bloody school uniform shop Angry

Hopefully I can start buying in the next week or so, but I suspect we shall be on thread 9 or 10 by then Grin

Slainte · 02/09/2013 23:06

Thanks for the new thread Reastie Smile

I was in home bargains today and they had loads of Angry Birds toys in stock. DN had one of these sets last year and loved it. You get blocks to build towers and then have to knock them down.

They also had a pink cosy coupè for £40 but I can't see it on the website.

Trazzletoes · 02/09/2013 23:09

Might be worth holding out for a free delivery code though if not buying any additional items from The Works. DEL10 gets you free delivery when you spend £10 or over. Just missed out on a 20% off offer which expired at midnight. Angry

Use DEL10 for free delivery on orders over £10

And this looks wonderful. \link{http://www.amazon.co.uk/Barbie-Complete-Classic-Movie-Collection/dp/B005KQ4HPI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1378168045&sr=8-1&keywords=barbie+movies"The ultimate must-own Barbie DVD Collection. 19 titles compiled in a jewellery box ? every little girl?s dream come true!" £39.20 (RRP £99.99)}

The DVDs normally go for around £4-£5 each, so 19 for £39.20 is very much a bargain indeed.

(Feel the need to point out I'm not up this late because of my bargain hunting. Waiting up on a phone call and trying to kill time and stop myself falling asleep ) Grin

onetiredmummy · 03/09/2013 06:54

I could be the only one excited about this, but I've been looking for the Playmobil Ancient Egyptian pyramid for most of the year for DS2 this Christmas. There's 2nd hand ones on ebay but always with stuff missing & over £35 + shipping whilst the new ones range from £55-£80.

I've just found it on Toys R Us for £40 with free delivery & wanted to share in case anyone else was looking :)

If anyone is still looking for scooters there are a few on zulily today for £10-20 today.

I bought mugs for BIL, SIL & their two children (teenagers) which make quite a nice set. Waiting for those to arrive. And I've ordered the 24 Christmas story books too.
