Jenp I said to my husband I was now going to be classed as 'mature' mum and he just laughed & laughed!!
I had a huge bleed at 6 weeks with my ds and was told it sounded like mc, when they checked my bloods though still showed me as pg and then scan showed what should be there. I had bleeding throughout pregnancy and they never figured out what was causing it. I've been trying for over 2 years to conceive and have wondered if it was to do with heavy bleeding in last pregnancy?

Oh Engels, that's so unfair. As clutter says, there may still be hope. See how you feel over the next week. People do have bleeds and go on to have their baby. Please do come back and let us know how you are.

PJen what time zone are you in? It's my first thing in the morning when it's everyone else's late at night.

clutter I'm 38 and going for no. 3 - it's been six years since I was last pregnant. Feel like a total rookie!

wispa if you were recommended then that makes me happy! Hope it all goes well for you - when are you booked for now? Every time I read about someone having a private scan now I want to post 'please, be careful where you go' but I know I was just unlucky.

The clinic have claimed that despite a misdiagnosis that they are not at fault in any way and have offered me a 'complimentary rescan' but no refund.

I don't know my EDD yet but I'm guessing the first week of June.

Engels Fx it's nothing but if it isn't, best of luck to you and as I'm sure you well know, time heals these sorts of things and we'll still be here for support if you need it
