Anyone else would mop, right?

You pour yourself a coffee, and as you turn away from the counter, a tablespoons worth falls to the kitchen tile.

You would mop that up right? Not leave it, or "wipe it up with your sock".
Right?!

Am I being unreasonable to think anyone else who spilt coffee would get out a mop and clean it properly?

I drink black coffee so sock. Sorry.

The dog would have licked it up before I realised it happened (he stole an iced coffee once and now he’s got the taste for it)

Teatowel, dropped on the ground, wiped across with foot, stick it in the laundry on my next trip through.

I would get a cloth not use a mop for such a small spill. I would def not use my sock, lol, it'd get wet and feel horrible...

If it was dry, I'd probably get most of it up with a dustpan and brush and do a quick wipe over with a damp kitchen towel to clean up the rest.

If it was actual brewed coffee from the cup, then for that amount it would definitely be a kitchen towel job. But not socks.

Definitely a sock job.

I would have put on my hazmat suit first.

No I would not mop. I would wipe it up with either wipes or a wet cloth or something. Or spray then wipe
