To serve chips as a side dish with Quiche Lorraine?

Help us solve a family debate!! If you don’t serve chips what is the best side dish for a quiche?

Salad! Jacket potatoes. Coleslaw

Salad?

For me definitely a garden salad, perhaps new potatoes if you need to stretch the quiche.

Salad is far more obvious than chips but chips are far more delicious than salad.

I usually serve salad with quiche.

Chips are always appropriate.

Mash and beans

Quiche only ever with salad and maybe a bit of coleslaw. Never with chips.

Salad and coleslaw or salad a small side of chips.

Not just chips and too heavy then

Chips and salad. And maybe coleslaw. Or chips and beans. Really fancy a quiche now.

I usually do new potatoes and salad but chips are acceptable as well

Salad with new potatoes, or potato salad, or crusty bread.

Baby new potatoes smothered in butter with a side salad. But chips are also very nice, chuck some peas or salad on the plate too.

Def salade. Or atleast vegetables. Quiche Lorraine is quite rich so to add chips is a bit...weird?

I have chickens, I love love love eggs. Quiche is my absolute favourite.

Sadly, for no apparent reason I have developed a very serious egg allergy. WAAAAAAAHHHHHHH

quiche with new potatoes, salad, coleslaw.

quiche in any form at any time.

I’ve never eaten chips with quiche. Usually I’ll have salad and potato salad or coleslaw.

Any of the above, then give someone wise the quiche!

I don’t like quiche but I think it’s most usually served at lunchtime with a salad, chips wouldn’t really ‘go’ I don’t think but chips can be way tastier than salad so it wouldn’t be wrong served together if that’s what you fancy!
