What’s your prediction of the next cause the ‘activists’ are going to move into, after Gaza?

Seems like they’re getting bored of Palestine now that it’s a bit awkward talking about Hamas killing Palestinians in the streets.

so what do we think the next big cause is that they’re going to move onto? Do we think they'll finally bother to start talking about the awful crisis in Sudan? Or is there a trendier topic emerging?

Interesting how Israel has attacked Gaza and killed multiple civilians and children since the ‘ceasefire’ - as we all knew they would. So no we won’t ’move on’ because we need to raise our voices for Palestine and always will. We dont accept a genocide being brushed under the carpet and until there is justice and the perpetrators are brought to task and even then we will never forget what was done.

The ones I’ve heard of are people approaching the line and being told not to repeatedly and continuing to advance and Hamas firing at IDF, oh and Hamas not producing the bodies of the hostages they said they would which is a violation of the ceasefire terms.

AnyoneWhoHasAHeart · 19/10/2025 19:16

They’ll just latch on to whatever is top news next.

Let’s face it these protesters don’t actually care or in the majority of cases even know what it is they’re protesting about. They’re mostly just professional rioters and thugs out for a ruck.

Extinction rebellion/just stop oil/pro Palestine/riot against the immigrants. There are people out there who pride themselves on being professional protesters while being supported by the taxpayer.

And when there isn’t a cause they’re brawling on a Saturday night or playing the role of the football hooligan.

Back to the poor trans folk, throwing paint at stuff and gluing themselves to roads i suspect

There are so many worthwhile causes around the world, genocide in Sudan, Yemen, the Uighars, FGM and rights of women in so many parts of the world, to name a few, but for some reason these get totally overlooked

Do you know much about the Hannibal directive @Ruby1985and why Israel would want to prevent Hamas from getting their hands on serving soldiers? It was only for serving military. Have you seen any of the footage from Oct 7th? What was done to people? Not soldiers just normal people. Read about the Kapshetar family.

Also do you know who the vast majority of hostages were made up of…… it’s not serving soldiers. Do not use the testimony of people who have been starved, tortured and watched their families decimated as a stick to beat them with. No one ‘wins’ at this.

You Don’t win any awards for that level of unpleasantness. The only ‘crap’ that needs to be removed is the stuff you type. I bet you couldn’t point out the Middle East on a map.

Fupoffyagrasshole · 19/10/2025 19:50

if the uk government started going around killing citizens would you think oh well we deserve it cus we voted them in??

you sound like a right arse op - I suppose you don’t care about any cause I’m the world just yourself.

Bourneyesterday · 19/10/2025 19:53

Way to minimise genocide. Idiotic opening post!

Oh they will! The weather is turning now so there won’t be as many marches or whatever.

Yes marching and placard waving are nice weather hobbies. They'll be settling down in their slankets until spring.

maudelovesharold · 19/10/2025 19:58

The evil dictator Netanyahu will be bombing again soon enough under some excuse

You were so right, sadly…

And for a split second there I thought you were referring to the terrorists whom without their depraved acts of burning families alive and rape, there would have been no war in the first place.. silly me.

The conflict in Palestine started long before October 7th

September 2023 was the deadliest year on record for children in the West Bank.

https://www.savethechildren.net/news/2023-marks-deadliest-year-record-children-occupied-west-bank

The IDF needs no excuse for slaughtering Palestinian children. They've been doing it for decades.

There’ll be a break as it’s Winter. Too cold to stomp round the streets. Can’t guess the next left wing bandwagon.

And what are you doing to help homelessness in the UK?

What an excellent idea! Now if only the 'stop the boats' people had the same idea, just imagine how many homeless and vulnerable people they could help!

Especially with all the spare money they have! But it seems that they would rather give that money to Raise the Colours and the Flag Force groups instead 💁

MaturingCheeseball · 19/10/2025 20:36

Some neighbours sell plants outside their house. The causes benefitting from the odd 50p for a hosta cutting have gone from the NHS to BLM to Ukraine to Transrights to Palestine. So I am wondering what’s next…

Your evident glee is palpable,op, and incredibly distasteful. It is possible to abhor both the actions of Hamas and Israel’s attempts to obliterate Gaza. Or perhaps that’s beyond your comprehension.

Oh perhaps this should be our guide. See who the petunias are for next.

It's down to the media really. It depends what they focus on to whip up those easily whipped up.

They really should try Nigeria or Sudan. The marchers do not seem to care about African countries for some reason.

WeAreOnTheRoadToNowhere · 19/10/2025 20:58

I will put money on it will never be to support women or Jews. The far left hate both
And they will ignore all minority religions being massacred. Same for Christians in Nigeria

Worldgonecrazy · 19/10/2025 20:59

It will be in support of digital ID and Net Zero or carbon tax.

Mrsknowitall · 19/10/2025 00:44

It would actually be nice if they started protesting for peace for the Christian people of Congo that are being slaughtered by Islamist terrorist, but that will never happen.

If the UK was selling weapons to the ADF of course you would see protests.

stomachamelon · 19/10/2025 21:15

@Ruby1985so nothing then. Quelle surprise.
