I know some people pronounce the 'l' in Almond, but I don't think it can be many. I've never heard it except from my husband and it drives me nuts (!)

So how many do?

I say it more like ah-mond so don't sound the 'l' at all.

I think I pronounce is as almund

I pronounce the “l”. I’m definitely not American but the Cambridge dictionary suggests the difference is between UK and USA pronunciations:

al mond just sounds all kinds of wrong. Yep, fully aware of the L in the spelling, but it just sounds wrong.
