Men with boats cheat

I’ve long believed that men only buy boats to use them as floating love shacks. My friend thinks I’m being ridiculous and says boats are just a great lifestyle choice. Recently, she told me her husband is thinking of buying a boat, and I couldn’t help but give her that look! She insists he’d never cheat, but in my experience, every man I’ve known who had a boat wasn’t exactly faithful.

Honestly, if my husband bought one, I might even consider it grounds for divorce!

So, am I being unreasonable? Can men own boats without it leading to adultery, or am I totally right to be suspicious? Should men with boats just wear a t-shirt that says, "Don’t trust me?"

(For the record, this doesn’t apply to fishermen making a living or people who live on boats!)

What about men that leave the house to get petrol they are so shagging the person that serves them you have to accidentally look through their phone to find details

My lovely neighbour bought a boat, he likes to fish, puffin/whale/dolphin watch with it, no cheating.

All my friends have boats. They’re all swingers so I think you’re on to something. One couple has four boats, god knows what they get up to.

Yep, I would say this is true … or maybe it’s because boaties tend to be loaded, confident and physical so they’re attractive to potential affair partners…?

I think cheaters are going to cheat and don't need to spend hundreds of thousands on a boat to do so.

I know a couple of boat owners and they don't strike me as the type, they go out and fish, dive and look at dolphins.

My husband has a kayak and if he managed to cheat in that I'd honestly be more impressed than angry.

I only know one man with a boat. He does not cheat but he does use it to go out alone without his wife. She does pottery while he's on his boat. She does not cheat either. They are both very happy with this arrangement.
I think perhaps it's more the type of men that you know than that all boat owners are love rats.
