So, summer in nearly upon us and I still haven't gotten into shape!
AIBU to ask some of you to join me in a 30 day challenge to strive towards being a little bit healthier?
My aim is to get up early every morning and do a 30 min walk/run and stick to a healthy diet.
I'm hoping we could all post a message every night/other night updating on our progress and being a support of sorts to each other to keep us focused on our long term goal.
Anyone up for it?

I'm a little bit scared of hula hoops @MammaTill2Pojkar, is it hard to do?

I have an infinity hoop, it attaches around your waist then you swing a weight around on the track on your waist instead, so you never have to worry about dropping the hoop.

I'm enjoying the gym still. I feel the difference, even if you can't see it yet. Lost 3.3lb in 3 weeks. I'm just going to keep plodding along.

Morning all. I’ve had a good start to the week, salad for evening meals so far but substantial ones that don’t involve carbs. I’ve managed a 2x 10,000 steps and a cycle. I’m making hay whilst the sun shines as I’m probably going have an off day at some point soon!
