I've just looked at his account on twitter, and he's ex military, in the US, who retweets a lot of missing children appeals (including commenting positively on arrests of those who abuse children. Also follows a number of US political parody/satire sites.

There is one tweet I can't see (as I have some content blocked) so presumably that's the one where he mocks and wears a nipple clamp? If I hadn't read that description here, I'd never have guessed anything about what you say is his preferred sexual gratification, as it's not apparent in other tweets

No. He'll be on medication to induce lactation but it wont be the same as the mother's breast milk and there won't be enough to properly feed a child.

One of the things that makes it so difficult to talk about this is people not using plain English. Transwoman sounds like a word indicating a female. It's been cleverly invented for exactly that reason. Once people grasp that we're talking about males who haven't had genital surgery they tend to react differently to all aspects of this vexed issue. No male can breastfeed a baby in the way that a woman can, nor should they even attempt it. It's not in the baby's interests.

Yes, they are given medication that triggers milk production. Usually the same meds they give women who have low milk supply. However there is also a huge issue surrounding this drug in that lactating mothers tend to struggle to get it prescribed by consultants and usually it's prescribed at too low a dose to actually help. Whereas Transwomen apparently can get it prescribed fairly easily.
