He stepped on a spider

With glee/relish…

Man I like and have been attracted to for a while…(we’re not together)
There was a medium sized spider on the floor, one of the women in our party (not keen on spiders) asked him to remove it/get rid of it. He came over and stamped right on it with his big foot, sort of scraped his foot back, laughed and said ‘It’s the circle of life’ and walked off.

Aibu to have gone off him, pretty much immediately?

So disappointed

I might agree with the 'circle of life' comment if the fucker had eaten it.

Circle of life can also be I kill you before you kill me!

I just started to google can house spiders survive...and the first search result that came up was "can house spiders survive outside UK"...I think maybe many on here looked into it! The answer is no! So catch and release is less humane than a quick heel stomp death. It seems your options are either a heel stomp or personal pet.

I don't get chance to release them, our dog is quite partial to an eight legged snack.

Oh no. Not between the cars! Our spiders are much more refined than that! They set up shop inside your rear vision mirror and drive you mad when you get up each morning and find more webs!😂

The passenger side mirror and back handle are favourite with mine! One made the fatal error of moving into my shopping bag that lives in the boot, and emerging while I was in Aldi packing stuff.

Serves it right, then! 😂

@WickedSerious My cat thought the same but it was a one-time only experience. Her face almost turned inside out. Must have tasted disgusting!

She'll sometimes chew them and spit them out,I've often wondered if some of them are a little too bitter.
