I really fucking hate Bluey

It's dreadful. Like a poor-man's Peppa Pig. The dad is a grumpy bastard. It's like he has a hangover or something. It is incredibly boring. Am very disappointed as I liked the idea of a female protaganist. I like that Bluey doesn't have eyelashes to show the audience she is female. But ugh. So dull. AIBU to ban it forever?

My 19 year old is addicted to Bluey, she loves it. She made me sit and watch some episodes, and I have to admit I don't hate it!

My DD is just 9, she put it on the telly a few weeks back for the first time, I saw a few episodes... And then watched it after she went to bed...
TBF I love Cartoons.

I watch Bluey and Hey Duggee even on days when we're not looking after DGD(3)🤣It beats adult daytime telly!

Yep hate it!i hatethe gender stereotyps...dad is the fun one who always plays, and mum is the boring one who remmbers all the impprtant stuff.

And i ddn't evn realise they were both girls until my DC had watched loads of eposodes.

I think it is so unrealistic, nd my kids then wanted their dad to play all the time whivh just isnt real life.

I don't get that.
I love the representation of the parents.
Bandit and Chilli both play, chilli fixes toilets, Bandit has make up put all on him and so on and so on.

I think it is way more accurate and reflective of reality than say Peppa Pig where daddy is all blustery and foolish and mummy is eye rolling and wise etc.

YABU to even mention Bluey & that ratty Piglet in the same sentence!
