To think not everyone washes their hands after every single wee when in their own home?

Anything other than a wee, yes of course.

But washing hands after every bloody wee is overkill in my opinion

I wash them more these days than I used to. But not after every single wee, no.

edwinbear · 05/02/2021 22:33

After just a wee? At home? Nope Blush

CarterBeatsTheDevil · 05/02/2021 22:34

I do. Sorry.

PurpleDaisies · 05/02/2021 22:34

You need to see a doctor about bloody wee.

Yes same, I wash my hands all the bloody time. But religiously after using my immaculate loo, no way!

I do, every single time. Sorry, but I think it's gross not to...

ammary · 05/02/2021 22:34

Ew why would you not?

Wash your hands:

Dropdeadfred2 · 05/02/2021 22:35

I do.

heatedroller · 05/02/2021 22:35

@ammary

Wash your hands:

Because what's so gross?

The loo is clean, I'm clean, and I use loo paper. Not my hand.

I do, yes. Why does being at home make it any less unhygienic?

Itsnotalwaysme · 05/02/2021 22:35

Most of the time but not always. I couldn't be arsed washing my hands every single time I got up for a wee in the middle of the night. I just want to dive back into my bed and pretend I never woke up Grin

Stompythedinosaur · 05/02/2021 22:35

Shock washing your hands after the toilet is basic hygiene! Of course I wash every time.

Cissyandflora · 05/02/2021 22:35

Gosh we all do. Absolutely. Even in the middle of the night. It’s to do with hygiene. Touching handles loo seats etc. And wiping of course. So yes to always hand wash here.

RefuseTheLies · 05/02/2021 22:35

My bladder is small and hyperactive. I'd never be done washing my hands if I did it after every single wee. My hands would be bleeding, I think.

mynewusernameisthis · 05/02/2021 22:35

Yuk. I'm so grossed out tonight. Just wash your hands after a wee. I don't get it :(

heatedroller · 05/02/2021 22:35

@HelloThereMeHearties

Because the loo isn't being used by 100s of strangers for a start!

Boopeedoop · 05/02/2021 22:36

Every time. I couldn't walk out of the bathroom without washing my hands!

I work in care/ambulance industry so I'm always washing my hands.

Even if I wake in the middle of the night, it's a full.soap.and water hand wash.

Kndg · 05/02/2021 22:36

I sometimes do just a fingertips wash when at home 🤭

What 'germs' are you worried about?

Thats disgusting!!!!!

When it was advertised with Covid ‘wash your hands for 20 seconds’ and demos on how to wash your hands it were for people like you 🤮

WonkyCactus · 05/02/2021 22:37

I usually do. Only time I don't is when I get up in the middle of the night to pee because I am trying to be as quick and quiet as possible!

Oh also, I live alone, I'm not sure I'd be as lax about it if I lived with multiple people

Alexis21 · 05/02/2021 22:37

Yes I do and always have done.
