My partner and I have a great relationship, we are both quite childish and tend to call each other cunt chops or cunt face, never in anger always in fun, I’ve found my one to stay childish with rather than grow old with

A really close friend of mine said years ago that she loves the point in a relationship when you can fart in front of each other. I literally recoiled - she's lovely but I avoid any familiar talk about her BF now!

Each to their own...?

If you are both happy with this than who am I take umbrage about it.

I only have one word of warning, per names can easily slip out when you are mixed company ( family, friends, colleagues, strangers Kids, etc). I am not sure what kind of reaction they would get
