To call my partner Cuntface

My partner and I have a great relationship, we are both quite childish and tend to call each other cunt chops or cunt face, never in anger always in fun, I’ve found my one to stay childish with rather than grow old with

Do you need a round of applause?

nimbuscloud · 30/09/2020 20:24

What’s childish about calling someone cuntface?

percheron67 · 30/09/2020 20:24

What a horrible pair you are! Definitely deserve each other.

LaurieFairyCake · 30/09/2020 20:25

Fine in jest

My dog is nobhead at the moment

Husband was fuck bastard earlier

JustDavesWife · 30/09/2020 20:27

Oh op everyone seems to have lost their sense of humour tonight 🙄

Mcchips2020 · 30/09/2020 20:28

Yanbu it’s good to know that other people do this too! My OH and I always wonder if others call each other sweary names too.

OH and I aren’t really into hosting ‘dinner parties’ as such although we do have our friends around for meals. Maybe this means we aren’t sophisticated enough to worry!

SmellsLikeFeet · 30/09/2020 20:31

Do you
A. Snigger
B. Giggle
C. Chuckle
When you do this?
You sound ridiculous

MissConductUS · 30/09/2020 20:32

I knew a couple who called each other "monster face". The marriage lasted about two years.

60sbird · 30/09/2020 20:34

Thank god I only put the tame names we call each other, these are our lovey doves pet names. Lighten up people. I might add that we are very nice people and the only dinner parties we throw are for our grandchildren so definitely don’t use these names then

we vary between calling each other jack ass, sausage head, turnip and cabbage. not the cabbage is not meant as a disabled slur, it just followed on after dd called one of us a potato and dh turned round adn said youre a turnip so she responded with cabbage and its just stuck

oxrocker · 30/09/2020 20:38

O.K.?

Anordinarymum · 30/09/2020 20:41

@60sbird

Posted too soon, we’ve been together for 15 years and are both mid 50s, I hated the word growing up but find it quite amusing now

S'alright I'm here now :)
festiveivf · 30/09/2020 20:44

@TOFO1965

The tediousness of this.
Haha
60sbird · 30/09/2020 20:44

Mcchips2020

I think it shows you are comfortable enough with each other that you can do this. We often say to each other are we the only ones that talk like this to each other.

Chickoletta · 30/09/2020 20:44

Yeah. 'The only ones close enough out of a whole world full of people'

Are you really 50?

EarringsandLipstick · 30/09/2020 20:46

Well whatever suits you both obviously @60sbird

I think it sounds awful but that's of no relevance.

nevergoingoutagain · 30/09/2020 20:48

I call my husband all sorts of affectionate names with all the swear words. (Sometimes I mean it!) It's just our thing, I wouldn't expect other couples to do it.

festiveivf · 30/09/2020 20:49

Each to their own but why are you posting? It's so weird.

HomeSliceKnowsBest · 30/09/2020 20:49

How sad.

It’s not particularly funny though, is it? I understand the use of mild insults in an affectionate way (my mum sometimes cheerfully greets me as “Ratbag”) but wouldn’t start a thread about it as if it were the funniest thing all week.

Call your partner whatever you like, if you’re both happy with it. I can’t imagine somebody who loved me routinely referring to me as Cuntface and liking it though.

roarfeckingroarr · 30/09/2020 20:51

I call mine cunty chops sometimes. Shit weasel is another often used term of endearment.
