So only ever having bought the saver one.... is there any difference between this and the regular quarter pounder which is 3 times the price. Is it just bigger... ?

Yes.

The basic cheeseburger is a thin patty, basic bun. Bit of tomato sauce and some diced onions.

The quarter pounder is a seeded bun, bigger patty, gherkin, ketchup, mustard, onion and cheese.

Quarter pounder has quarter onion. So proper chopped pieces of onion. The cheeseburger has the little bitty onion pieces. Same meat. Just bigger. And two slices of cheese. Worked there three years 😂

But if you are comparing the normal cheeseburger to a quarter pounder I think the quarter pounder is better quality meat and I think you get more salad etc

They are 2 different things..... one is a cheeseburger and one is a quarter pounder 🤷🏼‍♀️

The quarter pounder is like eating a brick.

The double cheeseburger on the other hand... now we're cooking.

If you don't want to go for the quarter pounder then you could have the double cheeseburger. Which is the basic cheeseburger but with two burgers.
But I prefer the quarter pounder. Always has much more tomato sauce and better onion. I don't like Big Mac's as much because I don't like the sause (always ask for without) and it doesn't have tomato sause which just seems wrong. Also all the lettuce falls out and makes a mess.
Conclusion - Quarter Pounder with Cheese is there best. Just without the pickle. Because urgh - I hate the pickle.

They taste completely different
But I have to say I think they're both nice in their own way

All of their food is crap.

The cheeseburger is better. They are both a sugary, fatty, delicious treat but the quarterpounder with cheese (which I used to love) is really greasy nowadays.

I love a quarterpounder but find its always a bit hit and miss. You sometimes get one thats been sat under the lamp since last Tuesday and tastes like warm rubber. A freshly made one though is the business.

I actually prefer the cheeseburger bit they are too small so I buy two!

By reasonable chicken nuggets choice I mean not either 6, or for £1 more 20! How about a 10 option?

I have had like three chicken nuggets in my whole life. I don't get the appeal of those.
I do like the burgers..the big tasty is good. And the Southern fried chicken wrap is good too
